I love this office and staff. Dr harel is the best the way she interact with the patient and their family is awesome I would love to continue to see her for my son she made my little ones surgery so easy.

I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived the staff was amazing,Doctor Harel too .Shes very informative and friendly. Will be coming back when my child is older. Definitely recommend this practice.

Dr. Harel of Pediatric Urology Associates is a wonderful doctor who really cares about her patients and their parents. She has a reassuring and caring bedside manner and takes the time to explain things clearly to parents.

Dr. Dyer has been one of the best doctor’s we have received care from. She balances a professional bedside manner with personalized care and communication. She is considerate of nervous parents and goes the extra mile to put you at ease whether it is taking extra time in the exam room or responding to an off-hours text. I highly recommend Dr. Dyer and this clean and friendly practice.

My son had a procedure done by Doctor Lori Dyer who is excellent. Her skills in operating on my son and her bedside manner deserve five stars. Dr. Dyers Nurse Practitioner was also knowledgeable during my sons post operative appointments. However, the secretarial staff, including the office manager, never informed me that my sons final follow up appointment needed to be scheduled within 90 days of his operation to be financially covered otherwise I would have to pay for the appointment.My sons final post op appointment was in September--just two weeks after the ninety day period had expired. Had the secretary told me that there was a cut off date of September 13 in order for the appointment to be already paid for, I certainly wouldve made sure his appointment had taken place before then. I communicated this issue to Margarita, the office manager, as well as to the secretary. There was no follow up action to this.Not only did I pay $100 cash the day of my sons appointment, now I have to go through my new insurance which Im sure will have me pay a hefty deductible. So, Im paying double for an appointment that I already paid for. It was negligent of the billing staff / secretary to not inform me of the cut off date when I made the final appointment.Again, both Dr. Dyer and her nurse practitioner were excellent, and I am grateful that my son was operated on by such an incredibly skillful surgeon.

Dr. Dyer is great! She was personable, made my child feel included and comfortable in the conversation, looked at the tests, asked many questions without jumping to a diagnosis right away. She really listened and helped us.

Staffs were not courteous or friendly with me, but the doctor was fantastic
