I made my first appointment with Irina (in late September) based on reading the glowing reviews here; now, after five reflexology sessions with her, it is such a pleasure for me to write one of my own!I started seeing Irina at a time when I was finally ready to work through some of the emotional baggage Id been carrying from a very difficult experience in my life a few years prior. Straight away I sensed that Irinas work would be deeply supportive of this process. In our first session, she shared that my mantra should be release, relax, let go. Simple in principle; not always easy in practice! But I can say that after five reflexology sessions I am SO much lighter and more confident than I was when I started. You could actually see the internal changes taking place week on week-- they showed up dramatically in my face and the way i carried myself. I feel so incredibly grateful to Irina for this. (Oh, and I should also add to all this: it feels AH-mazing!).Irina is a treasure. She is clearly so experienced and gifted, and I place so much value in her wise and empowering guidance. I can tell that she will be someone I come back to again and again when the need arises. I honestly cant recommend her highly enough.(p.s. If you have a specific issue you want to work on as I did I would recommend doing a course of 6 - 10 sessions--very effective).

Genuine reflexology without the spa gimmicks! Ive seen Irina at least 10 times now and am convinced Irina is the real deal; she is authentic and truly invested in your well being. I recommend to anyone that is open minded and interested in exploring non-traditional healing.

I have known about Irinas healing talents as a foot reflexology practitioner, and knowledgeable nutritionist for many years, and have subscribed to her recommendations too many times to recall with consistent successful results. So, when she recently suggested a hair analysis following my complete hip replacement surgery, I hesitated only momentarily, then agreed. An acupuncturist had previously suggested it, and I pooh-pooed it, saying I could get the same from a blood test.
