Ive been a patient of Dr. Jasthi ever since her clinic was located on Mill River Street. Dr. Jasthi, Iqra, and the entire staff have always impressed me with their level of care. In the years Ive been a patient, Ive seen them handle patients who were stressed out over time, documents, and language barriers with a great deal of tact and empathy.Theyre professional and attentive with every patient, which I especially appreciate because Ive had doctors and medical professionals who brush off concerns without explaining why or use their biases to automatically associate patients health concerns and symptoms to weight or race. Dr. Jasthi addresses concerns without bias.After hearing stories about the many people throughout the US catching COVID from hospital visits, I was initially very hesitant to visit during the pandemic. I even skipped my yearly physical because of this worry. However after having to go in for a pressing abdominal issue in 2020, my worries immediately vanished. Their standards are now even moreso extra hygienic than usual. I never had anything to worry about.From Iqra at the front desk who greets patients by name when they walk through the door to Dr. Jasthi herself who warmly treats patients in a knowledgeable, reassuring manner, I always feel safe in their care. If youre looking for trustworthy medical professionals who keep the patients needs a priority, I highly recommend Dr. Jasthis office.

Amazing Doctor and Staff.Dr Radhika is really amazing. Takes care well. And best part is that even her staff/front desk are amazing. They follow up well. Got right applications/tools/emails and do phone follow up, asking about nearest pharmacy and sending it there etc very very well. Amazing doctor and amazing staff. I would recommend going to her without a 2nd thought.

Dr. Jasthi is an excellent physician. I have been a patient for over a decade now. She will always follow up quickly to report on my exams. She is very knowledgeable and personable. Its hard to find a doctor who treats their patients so well. The staff is very friendly and youre always greeted with a smile. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.

My husband and I have been with Dr. J for close to 10 years. Since that time we moved about three times and although we lived outside of Stamford, at one time as far as Westchester County NY, we would travel up to Stamford to see our very own Dr. She has a very calm and warm personality and great bed side manners. There was never a time when we ever felt rushed at our appointments with her. She is always taking the time to listen, hear our concerns and work collaboratively with us to tailor the treatment to our needs. We have tried other doctors but Dr. Jasthi has always been the one who tops the list of our # 1 doctor. She treats us like her family, and always have been so concern about our health. When it is business as usual for others, Dr J makes us feel like she is concerned about us as individuals. For example, asking us about our children, and caring about other things in our lives than just medical issues. She does understand mind, body, soul connection and makes sure that we are keeping well in all areas. Very Satisfied.

Doctor Jasthi has been my primary care physician for 5 years now. She has taken better care of me than I would have thought to do myself. Im a 62 year old male and the signs of my age are showing up. But she has kept me ahead the curve and I feel I can rely on her watching out for my health. Also, the staff are professional and courteous.

My husband & I have been seeing Dr.Jasthi for the past 7 years. She was recommended to us by a doctor at Stamford Hospital and it was the best thing that happened for us. Dr. Jasthi is an excellent doctor. She is caring, listens to our problems and takes care of all our needs. We are so fond of Dr. Jasthi that our daughter and grandson are her patients also. Her staff have always been helpful and always pleasant. We highly recommend Dr. Jasthi because we would have no one else be our Primary doctor.

Please read all the other bad reviews in other websites besides google! I find her so rude. She doesn’t communicate with her client well and takes forever to get back to you. I’ve been waiting to talk to this physician since DECEMBER of 2018 and It’s been 2 months! I mean that’s another level of busy!!! Supposing she spends like 10 minutes with her patients. She is not a people person and isn’t friendly. Doesn’t make you feel welcomed to her practice. PLEASE AVOID THIS DOCTOR. I have talked to other people who use to have her as a doctor who have also left her practice with the same complaints.

Dr. Jasthi is a wonderful doctor, she is a brilliant dedicated doctor. You cant find someone like her anywhere else. She goes above and beyond for her patients. Receptionist is terrible and does not know how to do her job. When you are explaining to the receptionist the correct way to fulfill a job, not good.The doctor is very slow and clearly cares only for the money.They will give you a date for paperwork to be completed, miss the date THEY set.. extend out the date of completion.. then have you wait in their office as they miss the 2nd opportunity.. to rush through paperwork.Unprofessional, immoral, and best avoided at all costs.Don’t waste your time, efforts, and money with this office.*** Update ***Doctor called and left a voicemail to “discuss our USCIS exam paperwork”.Upon calling the office it was regarding this review and not the paperwork.Turned into a back and forth regarding the review.I should mention that the upside to going to this doctor was her referral to a blood work facility on high ridge road that was lower cost.By the end of the call all the blame was on us regarding late paperwork?Also, in her words it is her practice and she is not about the money.Still astonished at the reach of this doctor regarding my freedom of speech and breach of Google’s policies and procedures regarding providing feedback on customer reviews.There is a system in place because it avoids swaying of fake reviews and these terrible phone conversations.Added a star for the help with referring a cost efficient blood work facility.

Dr. Jashti has been my and my husbands doctor for several years and she is wonderful. She takes the time to really talk to us, get to know what is going on with us, and understand our health - not just rushing through the motions. She is thorough and professional and caring. Im a health care professional myself and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Jasthi has been my Doctor for over 6 years and she is a wonderful doctor. She was highly recommended to me by the chief Medical doctor in stamford and I have been happy ever since. Both she and her staff are very honest and thorough. Both she and her staff is always willing to work with me when it comes to any bill and whatever else I need. People need to stop posting negative feedback on Dr. Jasthi because they want to scam their insurance company and she wont help them. You will never find a better doctor them her.

Absolutely disgraceful experience. Waited over a month as disabled man for a sub 5 minute appointment with Jasthi. She provided absolutely no service; did not refer me to relevant specialists, did not examine me, and was chillingly rude. Beware.

I understand that the USCIS physical exam isnt covered by regular insurance. However, my company agreed to reimburse me for the out of pocket expense. The only requirement for me to be able to expense the out of pocket cost was to submit my medical exam Bill including the brief description of the procedure. (Example: physical examination, tetanus shot, etc). When I called Doctor Jasthis office to ask for a medical bill, her staff asked me to call back the next day, then next week and then they said that Dr Jasthi would call me back... Never hear back from her, and when I called back to follow up, Dr Jasthi personally refused to give me a recepit including medical code/description. Please note that any doctor is required to give patients a receipt or medical summary by LAW.Instead of just giving me a bill, Dr Jasthi personally threatened to call the Police if I called again and hung up on me......... I would NEVER recommend a doctor that has no respect for her patients !

If you are trying to get a quick Greencard process, do NOT come here.First, the wait time was about 1hr before taking me in. During the physical USCIS exam, Doctor Jasthi seemed nice, however, the story took a 360 turn later.I explained to Dr Jasthi how important it was for me to get my results as quickly as possible, and she told me that she totally understood my rush and that it was going to take about 2-3 days to mail my results out. What a surprise! when I called back to make sure I was all set a week later, the staff told me that my results were not ready. I asked why, and they said they didnt know. After some back and forth they finally told me that my blood test results were missing and that they would get in touch with the lab (which is literally one level below them) I called back a few days later, my blood test results were still not ready... same answer... I ended up calling the lab myself and after 2 weeks of back and forth and stress, my results were finally mailed out....The nightmare didnt end here. I also asked Dr Jasthi for a medical bill for my medical records, since the only receipt I had was a note stating a check payment directly made to Dr Jasthis name instead of the medical office (the receipt had no medical codes like regular doctors have). Doctor Jasthi and staff simply refused to provide me with my medical records.... the staff said We dont give out medical bills containing description of the services provided.After some research regarding the legality of refusing to give customers a medical summary I filed a legal complaint under HIPAA patients rights and hope to hear back from them soon...If you want to get your paperwork ready on time, go somewhere else... :(

Worst experience ever with a doctor. I explained my pains and symptoms and her response was how I was overweight and needed to see a therapist. I dont see what a therapist has to do with loss of circulation in my left arm! She did not attend to my needs as the doctor that they rate her to be. Disappointed with her service!
