Horrible! I called twice to schedule an appointment and left a message, nobody return my calls. Called a third time and the secretary said she was on the phone with another patient and would call me back in 15 mins. No call back. Called a 4th time and as soon as the secretary heard me again asking to book an appointment, she hang up on my face!!!!!!Horrrriiiibllleee service!

I like Dr. Yu. He is very friendly and not judgmental. He has been a great help with my thyroid issues. Always willing to answer my questions and doesn’t make me feel rushed.
