This place is wonderful! We especially love Dr Berkun as our pediatrician, he genuinely cares for his patients and they arent just a file in a cabinet. He will come to the hospital to visit your newborns, and he is available 24/7 to help set you up for success as a new parent. His goal is to make you a second child parent with a first baby, and we love it!

Dr.Berkun is amazing, my son loves going to his appointments just because he gets to see him.

HRFP has taken care of us for ten years. The time that is taken with each of us when in front of the doctors makes me feel that all of our issues can be discussed and resolved. If I was ever seriously, seriously ill, Dr Falkoff is who I want in the foxhole for the fight. I know he would not leave a stone unturned!

Dr. Berkun is detail-oriented and has great bedside manner. I have been with the practice and selected Dr. Berkun after a prenatal interview and wonderful reference. I would highly recommend Dr. Berkun since he explains things so well and never rushes through a visit.

Not a good practice .. a very high volume practice with 0 customer service awareness. Just go anywhere else. Ive been a patient for 2 years and they have no inclination of what my name is. Calls are never returned and even concerned blood work is ignored. I dont see this practice lasting and if you value your time and your familys health I highly recommend not visiting this practice.

If I had the option to fhoise ZERO STARS for patient service I would - the patient service here is horrible - literally the only person who actually works from my experience is Carmen - I have called several times and each time it’s the same story, they leave you on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes or long enough for you to get frustrated and hang up. I’ve been trying to get my blood test results for 2 days and all I get is “I’ll try to have someone call you back”. The front desk staff aren’t organized or knowledgeable and they definitely don’t know how to deal with patients. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever - I will be getting my records transferred ASAP!

The worse! My husband and everything was ready for his surgery, a simple inguinal hernia surgery at the Tully Center, when Dr Green decided to not give authorization to the surgeon to do it because she wants my husband to do an unnecessary chest X-ray before. They contacted him less than a day before his surgery to do it, it was too late, so his surgery was canceled at last minute.

Hi. this hospital is very verst. we went for annual physical check up.they said we need to enter our details because we went for first time. we did what they said. after few days later they gave appointment.again we went that day. we gave our insurance card they said everything was in network. they did blood test and vitamin d test and colasteral test and everything done. after some days later they send a bill of 12000 dolllars which is not in network. we have to give that amount. how is it possible to give this much money. the doctor only suggested us to go that lab. this is very very bad situation we r facing. do not go anyone to this hospital.

Horrible customer service and even worse management. They made my wife come in for a completely unnecessary appointment just so they could bill us ($110 for less than 15 minutes). When I called to speak with someone about it, the woman in billing was extremely rude and dismissive, so I decided to contact Dr. Falkoff directly. What a waste of time. Instead of addressing the customer service issue (my reason for contacting him), he chose to be condescending and then unresponsive. We used to love this place and never had a problem until now, but we are both very disappointed in the direction this practice is heading.P.S. - My wife and I have had 4 combined appointments in the past 4 months and we have yet to see an actual doctor. Thats unacceptable when they charge a minimum of $110/visit.

After reading and actually being a patient (since 2006) I have mixed feelings about this place. At first I hated coming here because the doctors were so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable (Ironically all 4 of them no longer work for this practice). My current physician (Melissa) is THE sweetest and best practitioner Ive had EVER she is so understanding and so approachable. She welcomes any and all questions, whether in the office or over the phone, and makes me feel so comfortable. She shows genuine comcern and always makes an effort to help you feel better in anyway she can. Now the office itself is a little shaky as the receptionists arent the friendliest and the nurses arent exactly members of the welcoming committee, but they are respectful. I typically schedule appointments early in the morning to avoid any long waits. Most of the time when I come the office is pretty much empty (patient wise) and I still end up waiting for at least 30-45 mins which is annoying becuase they seem pretty available. Aside from that I love them and I am following Melissa to whatever she goes to next!!!!

Practice that lost its values that drew me and my family in the first place a while ago. Nowadays lucky if you get a PA to take care of you or your child on short notice or emergency situations. Done with them.

Always open. Friendly and professional. Very helpful when I had a prescription issue on a Sunday.

Unprofessional practice. Office will not call you back when they say they will, they will forget to process medical record transfer requests despite phone conversations & faxed forms, parking at the office itself is usually full, and the medical service can be lackluster overall.

Very happy with the healthcare I receive at HRFP and Dr Falkoff. I go once every 3-4 months for blood work and meds review and also my annual physical for Scouts. Friendly efficient staff makes my visit go Smith.
