Nice office in downtown Stamford with ample free parking. Everything was on time and team was professional. Im nervous at dentists but the hygienist Carleen put me at ease shes awesome. Great visit

I have been a patient of this Dental office more than 10 years. Doctor McLean is the best dentist I have ever had. She is the one who listens to the patient and takes care of him with the great attention. She is a very professional and lovely person. Her office staff is polite, nice and friendly. This is the worst dental office I have ever been to.I saw both Dr. Shaughnessy and Dr. McLean, and both were extremely unprofessional and rude. They both rushed my exams, but made sure to take 20+ minutes to tell me the benefits of Invisalign and payment plans for veneers. They also contradicted each other regarding the number of cavities I had.They misquoted me on cavity filling costs TWICE, scheduled my appointment incorrectly, and took several days to send me my x-rays. I spoke directly with Dr. McLean requesting my records, and was told she would try to send them but was very busy. It took several days and two calls to obtain these.The only positive about Dr. McLeans office is the ample parking space.

I love Dr. Mclean! I look forward to all of my appointments with her and the lovely staff.Her practice is super clean and she is very thorough with cleanings and treatment plans.

I was a patient 2 years ago. The dentist there, not Dr. McLean, a blonde lady, told me I had to do a root canal immediately or else I’d have serious problems. I asked if we could wait till next year so my insurance would cover part of it, it was November so it would only be a 2 month wait and she told me no, it had to be done now and showed me a pamphlet about some payment plan I could go on. I told her no, I’d wait till the following year and she got angry and stormed off. Her childish behavior made me switch dentists. I’ve been with my current dentist since and 2 years later I still haven’t had nor needed a root canal. (I got a random bill from them recently dating back to 2018, no idea what it’s for but it pushed me to write this review.)

The front desk staff, the hygienists, and Dr McLean are all wonderful! Super friendly, knowledgeable, etc. I have no more fear/anxiety going to the dentist with them. Would recommend her and her staff to anyone looking!

Stay away from these thugs.If you have any minor cavity the Dentist here ask you to go for extractions. These guys would not even attempt saving your decayed tooth..Their focus is to get max out of your dental plan.Once you walk in they will make sure they drain money from you plan.Day 1 Appointment: They will start cleaning your teeth without giving you any insight about the procedure and cost involved.they will even do expensive xrays and what not....Next... They will ask you to do filling, crowns, extractions and what not.By next 3 appointments you will realize you have almost maxed out your plan.

I cannot recommend Dr Mc Leans practice enough! She has the gentlest hands ever, and I know, because I had to go to lots of dentists until I found her 7 years ago. The staff is friendly and efficient. The office is centrally located with lots of parking. Most importantly, Dr. McLean and her team are excellent professionals. procedures are painless and the results amazing! I highly recommend Dr. McLean.

Dr Mclean has always been extremely professional & passionate about what she does, if youre not happy with your current dentist or youre new in town and looking for a new dentist you should most definitely go see her.Our company recently switched insurance, to my surprise Dr Mclean is not on the list of dentist😢😢😢😢needless to say instead of me finding a new Dentist i will be finding a new dental plan so i can keep seeing her😁
