I am SO disappointed with this agency. We used them and had confidence that they were presenting us quality candidates. The first candidate that we hired was professional, however lacked the ability to take care of children, which was of course a large part of her role. It was clear that although she was presented to us as a nanny/housekeeper from the agency, it was apparent after a few weeks she had zero experience as a nanny. We let her go and then hired a new candidate for the role, who was more experienced in childcare but was also willing to clean as well. She was hired as a nanny/housekeeper. Several months into her role, she said she does not want to clean and only wants to take care of the kids. We could not have been more transparent with her regarding the role and what it entailed. The agency was also fully aware in what we wanted when presenting us her. She has been extremely unprofessional in our home and does not even fulfill her responsibilities as a nanny (let alone the cleaning). We paid the agency a LOT of money for some mediocre at best candidates. Extremely frustrating and disappointing!
