STAY AWAY FROM DR. BURSTEINS OFFICE!!!!All the reviews out there about the receptionist are true. She is nasty, rude, disrespectful and entitled. She is miserable with her job and is rude to patients. Today she hung up the phone on me multiple times and accused me of lying about missed appointments from 2018 before I could even state my reason for seeking an appointment with the doctor. It is 2019 lady!!! For all she knows, I was having a serious reaction to food and two weeks ago was forced to see a different allergist because this receptionist couldnt give me the time of day. Today was the last straw. Not only did she hang up multiple times and forced me to go into the office to try and schedule my appointment, she then fabricated a lie saying that I threatened her and when I arrived, I was greeted with locked doors and a threat to call the cops. Im completely offended and in shock that a doctor would have a receptionist that behaves this way. Ive never had such a bad experience with office personnel. You want a good experience, go see someone else. Whoever this person is, is doing the doctor a disservice by treating her patients this way. As for me, Ill stick with my new allergist. She is amazing and her office staff goes above and beyond for their patients. If I could give zero stars, I would!

Doctor isn’t bad, but deaing with the receptionist is a nightmare. So much so, that I’ll never go back or recommend any family or friends as long as she’s there.

Physician not very nice, condescending and unsympathetic . Took my two year old for testing after having a serious reaction to food , I was shaken and looking for answers .My advice : Just go somewhere else
