BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER BY JOANNE THE PHARMACIST!!! We had been put through the ringer by MassHealth with endless hoops to jump through with prior authorizations and then our doc sending the prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy in a time sensitive situation. Joanne walked me through every step and called me when each step had been confirmed and resolved. She was SO NICE when I was freaking out - couldnt ask for better, more knowledgeable, professional and yet still warm and friendly staff. THANK YOU!!
