Fast and accurate

Im very Grateful that I took a leap of faith and switched from the big chain pharmacies to Burrell. A good friend , who also happened to be a RN, highly recommended them to me when I mentioned some of the issues that kept repeating from one chain pharmacy to another. Honesty, I was hesitant to use Burrell because they are closed nights and weekends but they do offer delivery which I use most of the time, that service alone ,more then makes up for the other hours. Michelle and Tammy are the 2 main people Ive dealt with since I moved my prescriptions , Theyve been so good to me and believe me I really do appreciate the care and compassion that theyve shown. Both ladies have gone out of their way to save me money when some co pays have been expensive. Theyve had to hustle last minute prescription requests,fills etc. Theyve been awesome about calling doctors and insurance companies about prior authorizations . The greatest thing about Burrell pharmacy though is Im not a faceless # to the pharmacists and they make me feel like its ok for me to ask questions about my medication.

They dont make you wait very long for your prescription.
