I was given a day at the spa as a present by my son and daughter-in-law. I had a body massage, facial and sole treatment. The massage service was superb. They are very professional, the bed is extremely comfortable. This team real takes care of you. Ill be back and will recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful place to transform yourself to a beautiful swan! Emma is the beautiful Marilyn Monroe manager that makes sure you are all set and sets up the appts. Kaitlyn is the fun going lady to get your facials pedicures and manicures. Nikki the glimmering Nail 💅 queen that makes your nails dazzle from afar. Amy the massage therapist makes your body float on air with the essential oils she uses. And everyone at Skincatering, Thank you so much you guys for your incredible talents and caring spirits.

I had a hot stone massage by Jennifer and it was absolutely amazing. Ive been having back pain and shoulder tightness for the last few weeks and all of that melted away. I think I even fell asleep for a little while! All the staff was so kind and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back!

Just had my first ever pedicure with Kaithlyn and I loved it so much that I had to leave a review right away. Right when I walked in I was greeted by the guy in the front desk and he was super friendly. I also came in 20 minutes early and they took me right in. I highly recommend this place. I definitely will be returning!!!

This...place...was...AMAAAZZIINNGGG😍 Where do I begin!When I walked in I was greated by Kam, whom checked us in and was so friendly and courteous. My appointment was for a body massage and facial. My body massage was done by Amy, and my facial was done by Kaitlyn. Both of which has miracle hands! They were all so kind. The facility was sooo CLEAN and relaxing. (Cleanliness is SUCH a big deal for me, even before Covid). Will I be back, is that even a question?! They have a new client for sure! If your thinking about it, dont..Just do it! 10 out of 10 service and VERY affordable!(The only negative I have, and it has NOTHING to do with them, is that I had a little difficulty trying to find the place inside the building. But I think that is more of the building needing to have better signage to direct you to the facility.)

I had an amazing glycolic facial with Kim. I still melt thinking about the neck and shoulder massage. The staff is wonderful, they were so friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. The atmosphere was soothing, making me feel calm and welcome. I left not only with happy, glowing skin, but also with new knowledge on how to care for my skin specifically. I went home with their exfoliating scrub and it’s amazing. My skin has never looked better!

Holly was awesome? I have back problems and she worked around that and I feel amazing thank you so much for making me feel better.

I have had almost of the services they offer here because they are that good! Kim did my relaxing facial and I loved it and she is lovely. Kaitlyn did my manicure and I was obsessed with her! Nikki did my pedicure and she gave me new toe nails ughhh, just Godsend. I just basically need to get my hair done and maybe a massage and I tried it all lol.. they wont disappoint!

Ive been getting lovely massages here for coming up on 2 years. I also got a hair cut this week that Im very happy with. The new location (directly below the old location in Springfield) is very nice.

The staff were very friendly and professional, also one of the best massages Ive ever had. Got to chat with the owners while my girlfriend got her pedicure and they made us feel very welcome. Would recommend to anyone.

Even with Covid-19 they still make it so easy to cater to your skin shipping all your products with instruction to your door! Kim and Leanne are amazing and their products are a must have! At 54 l never had so many compliments on my skin!

The facial I received from Kim was amazing, my skin has never felt this happy! All the products they use are friendly for sensitive skin, and smell delicious. Such a great experience at this spa! I have been going for a a little over a year now. I highly recommend Kim for facials. She is the best at what she does and an amazing person. My skin always leaves feeling awesome and looks great. I have a monthly membership and look forward to going every month. If you miss a month, it will stay on your account to use another time. What an amazing place in an unexpected spot! I had the luxury of an oil facial and my skin loved it! The massage during the facial was so soothing! Thanks Kim! I felt so lightweight after my treatment! Definitely stress relieving. I am so glad to have found this place! Will definitely come back.

Love the atmosphere and massages , but didn’t appreciate the no show fee in which I never was aware of. My first appointment I called and scheduled, I went and filled out a form asking if I had any medical issues, than I got my massage and paid. I never was informed of a no show fee. I wasn’t able to come to a appointment and when I had the chance I called to reschedule and they notify me that they charged me for no showing. I can’t control what happens in my life and I called as soon as I could and I rescheduled. I would have appreciated if from day 1 If I was told about the no show fee, but now I know about it. I always come in get my massage and pay so I was really surprised to see that I got charged since no one ever informed me of the fee. I don’t appreciate my card being saved on file either so that I’m automatically charged as I never signed anything saying it was ok. It’s not helpful when money is taken out of your bank account than one can’t pay for things. I would really appreciate a refund . Besides that their massages are great .

Favorite massage and facials in the area. Maybe my favorite place aside from home even, lol..They make a lot of the products there from local ingredients and they smell amazing. Christina is the only one Ive ever had a massage with here, and shes the reason I usually go on Tuesdays. She gives the best massage Ive had. Had facials with several of the other girls who are all wonderful and seem to really be interested in helping with any skin care concerns. Im going to have to try out their second location in Holyoke sometime, but I love this little gem in tower square so much! Membership is definitely worth it if you go regularly
