I lost my doctor and was looking for a new one read good review on Dr Hansen. My first appointment they told me would be with NP for intake. Thinking that being a new patient I would at least meet Dr. Hansen, that was not the case, I have only seen the NP. Called to get a script refilled and they said the NP was on maternity leave so they would have to send my request to Dr. Hansens nurse. This is the third working day and no call back. I am really wondering if Dr Hansen even sees patients of if he only has NP working for him to see his patients. It is a process to get a new doctor and now I have to wonder if I need to start looking again and go thought the long process. I really have no complains with the NP she was very good.

I switched my mother to Dr. Hansen and can’t say enough wonderful things about the care he provided her. His attentiveness to her health issues probably gave her an extra 10 good years of quality life. (She lived to be 90!)I now go to him and feel very confident in his care.

Always there, very thorough with check up. Must be on right drugs, still here. His APN very nice, She ask a lot of questions, ordered several tests. AC

He is AWESOME. Ive never had a problem, staff is great to me. He has cured ailments with me that SIU almost had me at decease status.So, Im sorry for theeee, 1-3 ⚛️givers. He caught what others missed.Never changing my Dr.

Staff is discourteous and slow on the phone. His availability is minimal, as he constantly overbooks himself, and the patients suffer because of it. His nurses and nurse practitioners handle most appointments. Has also personally told me misinformation about Candida overgrowth/thrush preferring to let it resolve itself and doing no further tests for any of my symptoms. Resulted in me having thrush, and what developed into a methicillin-resistant staph infection.

My husbands doctor and he gets my husband the medication he needs quickly and was happy to get him new medication when one wasnt agreeing with my husband

They screwed up the time of my appointment...and instead of squeezing me in to fix their mistake, they postponed my appointment two more weeks. Maybe Ill just stay with my current physician.

Went to emergency room. They gave me medication for pain for my kidney stones. Dr Hansen then sends me a letter and drops me as a patient!!
