Kamala is amazing! She threads and tints my eyebrows. She does a great job and I dont need an appointment! The prices are also very good compared to other eyebrow places/ treatments. I come here every few weeks and I will continue to do so!

Jamuna did my eyebrows today. & let me tell you, she was very unprofessional. When I first walked in she was eating food & was quick to offer me some hand sanitizer but didn’t use any on herself. Then while she was threading my upper lip she mentioned my acne & how they have something that can take it away. Mind you I never fall for what people tell me but she convinced me to buy the aloe Vera for your face. I payed for the bottle which was $10 & I was waiting for her to go to the back to get me a brand new bottle but she gave me the one that was on display & that had already been used. I could tell it was used because when I opened it it had aloe & finger prints all over it. I told her I wanted a new bottle but she told me that was the only bottle they had left so I asked for a refund & she continued to tell me that they don’t do refunds. That was very unprofessional, I believe you should tell a customer you’re giving them a used product before selling it. If I would’ve known that was the only bottle left I would’ve never paid for it. I’m very disappointed & will definitely not be going back to this place

I’ve been going to Kamala since I was a teenager. If you have a style preference , just ask and she delivers. She has always done a stellar job at threading and I was saddened to lose touch. Fast forward to a decade later and we were able to reconnect at Perfect Eyebrows! New location, same high quality. Yes, my brows are perfect (fitting name), and yes I’m happily a regular again.

I’m a consistent customer at this Perfect Eyebrows location in Springfield Mall. It’s directly accessible from the parking lot so super convenient. I’ve gotten Kamala as my person multiple times and she’s great. Super friendly with quick and detailed service, which I appreciate. So far I’ve only gotten my brows threaded and tinted but they turn out great each time.

Kamala (AKA Kamu) has been my go-to professional for threading my brows for YEARS. She has always provided a level of quality I only wish I could get for all my beauty needs. She listens to my needs and always executes. Her current location is in Springfield Town Center (yes I have followed her from location to location because she is that good) - so if you are planning to shop or just hit up Target, she is conveniently located right there in the mall. Cant lose, she is always on point - highly recommend her services.

I just came here to get my eyebrows done. The person doing it was very nice, professional and we had a cool conversation. When she gave me the mirror to look at it. I noticed it was some more cleaning to do so I politely asked to take some hair off my right eyebrow that wasn’t suppose to be there. She cleaned up more but when she gave me the mirror again I seen the same problem. She didn’t even take off what I asked. They look a little better than what I had em at first but I can tell 3-4 days from now ima need to go back to the one downstairs

I got my eyebrows threaded by Kamala and not only did it turn out perfect.. she did it so quickly. I recommend asking for her if you want to be amazed. She’s available Friday: 2-8. Saturday: 11-5. Sunday: 11-6

Price goes up for NO REASON because its the weekend? How do you justify that??? New weekend price of $15 was written in a freaking pink highlighter! Dont rip your customers off without offering a reason for price hike...UPDATE: I called the owner directly ask why the price hike on weekends (F, S, S) and he first says, it was the company policy. I still wanted to know why. (I came over tired, after duty) Then he said he could give me ten reasons, i.e. rent, employee (overhead). The three reasons he gave me could have been valid, so I honestly tried to explain what a customer sees when we walk in and sees... unprofessionalism, greediness, no rationale or explanation...etc. Apparently, he saw the bad check-in and became agitated. So I told him that I could remove it, now that Id spoken to him personally. But obviously, he did not understand me and began to accuse me of BLACKMAIL over and over! Youve got to be kidding me...blackmail for $3!!!Bottomline, If your service is that great, then go ahead, charge the $15. But, do it the right way. Notify your regular customers in advance of the rate increase. Post it with professional signs, explain it to your employees, and never, ever forget who enables you to have that business. What are you willing to lose for $3.00???

I go in to get my eyebrows threaded. she cleans them up and they look good but i express that i want a LITTLE of my right eyebrow taken off because it was too long. i emphasized a little multiple times and my face was in disbelief when i looked in the mirror. she took out so much more off my right eyebrow i look like a freak. my eyebrows are so spread apart and my right is so much shorter then my left i can’t believe this place has 5 stars it’s crazy. DO not come here!!!

I chose to go to this place because the other eyebrow threaders at Springfield Town Center had poor reviews. There was someone ready to service me when I arrived at 4pm on a Sunday. They explained the difference between threading and waxing and followed my arch from waxing. My eyebrows turned out exactly as expected, except with less redness which lasted 30 minutes or less. The process is a little more painful than waxing but much friendlier to the skin -- no rashes or prolonged redness. This location has a rewards program. I will be returning.

Absolutely terrible. Incompetent, rude staff who insist that threading “has to hurt” - it doesn’t, this the sign of a poor threader. Avoid.

The service at this establishment is always fast. I get my eyebrows threaded regularly. I haven’t had a wait the two times that I’ve been here. There were 2 different people who did my eyebrows the two times I went but I was satisfied with them both times! They also offer other services such as waxing. The prices aren’t bad either. This will be my regular place from now on.

The girl that did my eye brows was completely unprofessional. She messed up one eyebrow. Where I had to grow them out for two months with Castrol oil. I would never ever go here again!

I took my 16 year old daughter. She wanted waxing instead of threading because it is less painful. She has sensitive skin. The waxing went fine, except later in the day we could see where the skin had come off and left her with scabs under each eyebrow. We will not be doing this again.

The place is clean and their work most of the time is perfect, however yesterday I had my eyebrows and upper lip done by an assistant who had a bad breath and having her close by my nose was very bad. I wanted to switch to another lady but she was busy and I was in a hurry and cant wait. Another thing is that they didnt give a receipt after payment w/o giving me the option, which is unprofessional

Horrible experience. I asked to pay first to make sure my Apple Pay worked because I had just set it up and had no other way of paying. It felt rushed and she didn’t even clean up my eyebrows properly. There was clearly hair underneath near my eyelid and she said it looked fine. It felt like she ripped hair off of my main eyebrow hair as well. I left frustrated and she asked me to pay when I had already paid beforehand. Very unprofessional. I used to come here regularly and now I will not be coming to this location again.

Jamuna did my eyebrows today. I have to note that I have supersensitive skin when it comes to waxing. But a girls got to get her eyebrows done. So I called here for information and I ended up speaking with the owner who suggested that I do threading. I’ve always been a little wary of getting my eyebrows done via threading because of a bad experience I had at another location many years ago. He still said go with threading trust me and so I did. Jamuna did my brows great and now I don’t have to deal with the bumps at the end of the waxing sessions that I used to have to deal with.
