Weve had a great experience at Dr. Stapletons office. With 2 kids and being new in town weve had to see them a few times in the past 6 weeks. The availability of appointments has been very reasonable and the staff has all been sweet with the kids. Dr. Stapleton even called me before an appointment to explain the procedure and answer any questions. Would definitely recommend him and this office in general.

Dr. Stapleton and staff are always great. They have taken care of my three girls now for a few years and have always done a great job all the way around.

These guys are incredible!!! All the technicians are so fun and make my kids LOVE coming to the dentist. Weve had multiple tooth related injuries and theyve always been amazing about getting usnin right away, explaining things thoroughly, and giving us options. I give Dr Mark and all the technicians my highest rating!

Dr. Mark is friendly, knowledgeable, and open, and he connects well with both kids and parents. The whole office is set up to really welcome and encourage kids, and the staff is awesome. My 4 year old loves going to the dentist... she literally cheers! Just took my one year old for the first time yesterday, and was glad to talk with a staff that specializes in kids dental issues. I recommend Dr. Marks office to everyone.

Mr. Mark was the second dentist I took my daughter to after being referred to a ped dentist by a family practice dentist. He has excellent bedside manner. Him and his staff were excellent with my 3 y/o. He also took the time to answer all my questions and address all my concerns honestly And provided me with all our choices providing risks and benefits of all the choices. He is willing to do a minimal intervention approach per my preferred. The scheduling was easy and they were able to get me in at a later appt. When that became available per my preference. When the previous dentist saw the cavity on my daughters tooth he actually asked me if I was divorced because sometimes one parent wont provide good oral care. I am married And found that to be an odd question though I understand what he was getting at. This Dr. Said he felt that based on the excellent condition of the rest of her teeth that this one could have had some difference with its development. Dr. Mark and his staff were kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and we had an excellent experience. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Mark and his assistants were amazing with my little guy. His office staff were rude and condescending on the phone. I work in the healthcare field and that is not how you should talk to your customer/patients. Unfortunately I will have to look for a new dentist for my little guy. Completely disappointed with the lack of customer service from Theresa.

As my daughter lost her teeth, I asked Dr. Stapleton to pull out a companion tooth because it was taking a longer time to fall out. He refused and said that these things take care of themselves. Eight or so months later, my daughter complained of a tooth ache. The xray showed the tooth he wouldnt pull out had blocked the tooth that would have taken its place and it had moved sideways, killing the nerve of the tooth next to it (that was the cause of the tooth ache). As a result, my daughter had to have the blocked tooth exposed, bracketed, and pulled down into its proper position. She will lose the tooth whose nerve was destroyed, and shell have to wait until shes 18 to get an implant to take its place. That one big mistake has caused my daughter untold grief and emotional pain and a huge financial cost to us. She was only 13 at the time, has become very self conscious, and developed a huge distrust of dentists.

Dr. Stapleton and his staff are excellent. I highly recommend them! He listened to my concerns and answered all of our questions kindly. He understands kids who might have some anxiety and is very kind and gentle. He cares about kids and offers white fillings at the same price as mercury fillings. This was enough for me to believe that he is a really caring dentist! The only thing I would change is to make him less popular so we could get in to see him more easily! :-)
