From the moment you enter you feel comfortable, the receptionists, treat you with the greatest possible respect, guide you, help you and even make you laugh. Appointments are made very quickly by phone and in person. The dental assistants, tremendous make you feel very confident, work quickly and in order and are always on the lookout to support you as a client (patient). I dont feel any pain like in other places that I go before. The dentist in charge, wow! He listens to any question or doubt, always very attentive, respectful very cordial, friendly and professional. I had a great experience with My Dental at the Springfield plaza. They helped me with a root canal,cap, and several fillings. I previously did not have insurance and they helped me come up with a payment option when other dentists wanted 100% upfront. Without this dentist I would still have tooth pain. The service was great and the dentist is careful not to cause pain when doing procedures. I would recommend anyone that needs dental work to give this place this place a call because your honestly not going to get a better deal, it was half the price with the best payment options basically anywhere.

From my last two visits I have had quick and professional work done on my teeth. The staff is kind and welcoming. Will definitely recommend to anyone that needs dental work.

Excellent service and sympathy of all staff, since you arrive they treat you with respect, and make you lose that fear that overwhelms us so much. I traveled from pittsfield massachussets to deal with them and would travel a thousand times for them to work on me.I am one of the people who fear dentists and there I feel no fear, because their sympathy makes you feel confident🤩

Wao I am really so happy to have found this place, I was looking for good places since I have panic to the dentist for bad experiences and my nerves but this doctor has the hands of an angel God bless him and the assistant does not say I treat myself with so much love and patience and the secretariats in front a very kind love I wish I had gone before but I am already here and I will continue my appointments with you it was worth the search .. and I have no pain omg only a little pressure in the area where I take the tooth but it is normal 🙏🏻💖 recommended 100% closed eye
