I love Spavia, but the services received truly depend on who you get. Twice Ive filled out the pre-massage questionnaire which includes preferences such as firmness of massage, fragrances, and music/sounds --both times it seems that this information was not shared. The last massage I received was quite terrible, it seemed that the therapist was afraid to touch a human body even though I had stated on the questionnaire that I need very firm pressure. Ive had both good and disappointing experiences.

The message therapist was very thorough. The place was very relaxing. The scent used throughout made the place smell very nice! The staff are very friendly.

Jordan is amazing with her facials. She always has this calming aura about her and she has the touch of a feather. My skin comes out beautifully hydrated and amazingly soft and supple. I always look forward to my facial time with her!

My back and neck were a mess and causing lots of headaches and body aches. Dawn did a great job! I left there feeling so much better, and it even improved my mood! I already recommended her to a friend!

My esthetician was absolutely amazing! 10/10 for her. But Laura at the front desk tried to steal my estheticians tip. She pretended like I didnt hand her additional money to tip my esthetician. My wax was already paid for at the time of visit but their estheticians should know that the front desk staff is pocketing their tips. I ended up just tipping her with my card so that it was documented. Always pay gratuity with a card or hand it directly to the person performing your service here because the front desk staff(specifically Laura) cannot be trusted. Very disappointing visit and completely ruined the experience for me.

I had a facial and full body massage and loved every minute. Ambiance was great and professional staff. It was my birthday and they made me feel very special. I left feeling so relaxed.

I booked a couples massage for my wife and I, knowing we both needed it. When I called, inadvertently the call disconnected, and I promptly received a call back. The booking process was painless and we had an appointment. Upon arrival, we got to Spavia earlier than requested and Laura the owner made us feel welcome with a tour. Tracy and Amanda also made us feel welcome and provided an excellent massage. We highly recommend this place. Definitely will return here. We were happy to hear there is another location in our hometown and hope it is just as great. Thank you ladies for the relaxing experience.

The atmosphere of the place when you first enter is relaxing, peaceful, and calming. They have a questionnaire about preferences, such as the type of music and if you want the technician to talk to you. The changing room was immaculate, they have very clean (FREE) lockers for your belongings and even chocolate mints. Plus, they have very very soft robes to change into and sandals. The waiting room is just as clean and nice. They have a tea making area, water foundation (for show, not drinking, even though they ask if you want tea or water), heated neck pillows, coloring books, and inspirational books. I was completely blown away. In the room for the wax was very pretty too, there was a nice table to lay on with soft towels and the music that I preferred!! Brittany made the entire process MUCH smoother than my first wax, a LOT less painful, and reduced the level of awkwardness because she was easy to talk to. She was training someone and in my opinion that helped me more because she was explaining what she was doing and it really lowered my nervousness. I will definitely come back and recommend this spa to everyone!

Very professional, luxurious and relaxing atmosphere with robes and wonderful waiting spaces. Theres a warmed massage table, and you could chose your own music, lotion scent and even whether you want your therapist to talk to you. A little paradise in the middle of Springfield! Deshele was lovely.

I throughly enjoyed my massage and facial! Amanda and Brittany were wonderful. I havent felt so relaxed in a long time. I slept very soundly last night. The facial brighten and soften my face. I felt like a new woman after both experiences!!

I had a really good experience! The facility is very clean and the front desk staff is friendly. My massage by Diane was excellent! She accommodated my requests well, and I would definitely recommend her for a massage. The one thing that could be improved upon is the creaking of the walls in the massage room. This was a little distracting, but other than that, I’ll likely be back!

I went for a massage on Friday morning. I must say I’ve been to Vegas & Reno. Spavia was the most profession spa in springfield! It was amazing. I had the most wonderful massage. They spared not expense for the luxury. The price and specials they offer make this the up most affordable luxury. I can’t wait to take my coworkers and friends.

I had a kid become sick in the middle of the night. I called at 5:30 am to cancel. I left a voicemail and sent an email explaining the situation and asking to reschedule. They did not return my call or email, but charged me $54.50 because thats their cancellation policy. If they had called me back, they wouldve learned that I have a gift card and if they must go ahead and charge for the service they shouldve charged that.You have made an already stressful day worse!!

This was my first experience here and definitely my last! I will say they have a nice environment but not so well on customer service. Upon receiving my Brazilian wax I was told that this would be quick because she had another customer coming in thirty minutes, (which was fine, I understand businesses run on a schedule). Then after receiving my wax I realized I still had unfinished places and asked if she would redo the areas in which still had hair and she did thank you for that! But I am home and still have hair in different places! Now, don’t get me wrong I had already expected to have some residue of wax but I had no clue I would have so much wax left on the inside of my you know what and instead of her helping to remove as much as she could, she instead let me know what I could use to get the wax off! Then I was asked to get off my phone as there is no phone usage in the retreat area where I was relaxing in (which I was unaware as there were no signs present), and when I got off my phone with no issue I was asked to get up from where I was supposed to be relaxing to put my phone in a locker, like I couldn’t be trusted to stay off my phone as if I am a child! So I just decided to leave all together and as I am leaving I was asked if I would like to pay for my services as if I was trying to leave without paying and I had already given my credit card information at the time of booking! As this was my first experience with waxing I was hoping to be in a friendly environment, instead I was very uncomfortable and felt like my devices were not appreciated and although I will continue to wax it just wont EVER be here and I definitely will never refer anyone!
