Our family loves Hiro Chiropractic’s! I needed an atlas/axis specialist. I was still experiencing terrible pain from an auto collision in 2017. Thankfully, I started chiropractic treatments a year ago, and I am feeling so much better! My family saw the results of my visits to Dr.Hiro. Now, my husband and 9 year-old little girl, are all patients! Family friendly atmosphere. Truly the best chiropractor we have been to.

This office is amazing. I have gone to many different offices and this one is one of the best. The staff all are very nice and great at their jobs. There are lots of different massage therapists and they all are great! Dr. Hero is next to none with his work as well. He takes his time and does his adjustments to suit the present issues.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Hiro is a very good chiropractor and adjusts my my back and neck even in places that I didn’t even know needed adjustment. His prices are fair and he is very reasonable.

The staff are always looking for the cheapest payment options for you and let you know what to expect from insurances. Dr. Hiro cares a lot about each patient and wants them to have the best experience and to feel better. They are a busy office but the reception is very welcoming and Dr. Hiro will listen to you and offer his expectations for your progress.

Doctor is quick with the adjustments. Very professional. No real small talk. You get in and out. Highly recommend the table that raises and lowers your legs with the effects similar to an inversion table. Go regularly so your pain doesnt come back. I go about once every 2 weeks and it keeps me in tip top shape!

Keep looking.I had a terrible experience with the reception. They were busy with their kids so I couldnt get full answers but they did assure me that my insurance would cover it. As far as Hiro he had a helper who used a vibrating type machine on my back. Not helpful.I am someone who always pays my bills but this was is like some type of scam. I am harassed with their phone calls telling me they want more money. I only went because they assured me that my insurance would pay after I gave them all the insurance information. Now they are calling me wanting more money.Nothing memorable. Im very disappointed in losing my time there and now for having to deal with these phone calls. Sorry I absolutely cannot recommend this office.Do not believe them when they assure you that they will accept your insurance even after they have seen your cards. I have heard that I am not the only one that they have done this with.

Dr. Hiro Matsuno is an outstanding chiropractor. I have been going to his office on and off over several years whenever Ive had a back injury, shoulder pains, and most recently a series of left leg issues related to my hip position. Dr. Hiro has always been able to help. He is very kind and professional and answers any questions you may have, whether it be about methods he uses, causes of symptoms, and stretches and exercises that can be done at home to complement treatment. The staff is also always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

Hiro has taken care of me for over 10 years - my lower back is so bad that I cant function some days. I call out of the blue and he gets me in ASAP and makes me feel great again. This isnt a guy that cracks and wrenches and pops your bones - he focuses on propery aligning your body.Hiro applies subtle adjustments and maintains my body when I need him! My only regret is that I dont see him on a regular basis.

My mother and I have been going to Dr. Hiros office a couple of times because of car accidents. Every time we go its a GREAT experience. Dr. Hiro has help us with dealing with the insurance claims as how the process will go, and how much time the insurance usually takes in doing things. He is very knowledgeable with dealing with insurances. He also knows what he is doing as far as the Chiropractic part and healing process of your body. He is patient, listens, takes interest in your individual problems, takes the time that is needed to you, and gives you good advice related to your case.The office has a GREAT family vibe and the staff is VERY nice. I had never been to a chiropractor before I went to Dr. Hiro. I did a Google search for a chiropractor in my area and his office came up. From the reviews and how long he has been in business, I figured that he must know what he is doing.I called up the office and they got me in to see Dr. Hiro the same day. I was very pleased with this as I was expecting to wait for days, like it is for my primary care physician.Dr. Hiro was very thorough and talked with me about preventive measures that I can take to keep from finding myself in so much pain again. He then did an alignment for me and the relief was immediate. However, as he warned me, it didnt last long, which isnt his fault. My body needs to get used to the alignment.I went back a couple days later and had another alignment done and this time the relief lasted much longer.I would recommend Dr. Hiro to anyone looking for a chiropractor.

With changes to our insurance policy last year I had to seek a new chiropractor that was in-network with our plan. I randomly selected Hiro because of his location closer to home. I was pleased with his attentiveness during my evaluation/interview process, but held reservations that I would receive the care I really wanted, having come from a chiropractor that had been specializing in scranial/sacral work.My first adjustment with Hiro was better than any adjustment I had had with my previous chiropractor. His focus and care with each evaluation and alignment, and his execution during the adjustments are precision. He always shows genuine interest in my wellbeing and the care of my family, and we all look forward to our visits with him and his staff.
