Wonderful team of health care providers. Everyone tries to provide a positive experience. They have been my pharmacy for years and I always feel welcome and well cared for.

This has been a nightmare of an experience. I have had to call nearly everyday to have my compound made. They said they hadnt received several faxes over a few days from my Dr., when the nurse called them try to get it handled they didnt start working on it they were instead calling someone else about filling it instead of my actual number which I gave them over the phone the first day I called them. Why they didnt start making it after talking with the nurse? Then I decided to go in person and wait for them to rush it through since I needed it a week ago. I paid for a full 30 supply and the tube is 10% filled. I have been with Heartland Pharmacy for 2yrs it was a fluke that when I moved from Rogers to Fayetteville my meds were sent to Collier. I already have made sure I NEVER do business with them again. What a horrible experience and not a place I feel I could ever rely on. You always hear such great things about this Pharmacy and Im here to say thats a NOT SO GREAT at all.

Slow. Rude employees. Dont seem to know anything. Go anywhere else

My doctor prescribed a compound for help with arthritis and recommended a pharmacy in Texas. Subsequently another doctor wrote a somewhat similar compound for my wife but recommended Colliers Compounding (part of Collier Drug). While with her there, I asked if they could duplicate mine. They said yes and quoted a price that is half what the Texas source charges. Works fine.

Drop in with your prescriptions. They might be able to save you some money.
