My husband got in a bad motorcycle wreck and had to have multiple work done: a punctured foot with broken toes and broken collarbone. Dr. Heims work is phenomenal!!! He saved my husband from a lot of pain!! Post surgery 2 months and the injuries have healed perfectly 🙏 very thankful God brought him in our path! He definitely knows what he is doing! Along with his wonderful staff members 🙏🙏!!

Dr.Heim is an amazing doctor in my opinion with a very caring and candid approach through his explanations. Would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Heim is the by far best Ortho doctor around!He has done 2 major surgeries on me that have saved me!The office staff is great, nurses super friendly-and Doctor Heim himself-Consummate professional with great bedside manner!I will continue to go to him until his retirement which hopefully is NO time soon!!

This dude is awesome, I split my thumb all the way to the 1st joint right down the middle , bone and all, Doctor Heim not only was able to reconstruct and put my thumb back together but it is Is Healing almost to the point of 100% normal, Thank you doctor Heim you are awesome

Dr. Heim operated on my knee March 2nd and did a knee replacement. My experience with him and his staff have been excellent

Dr. Heim and staff are wonderful! The only thing I dont like is Dr. Heim has changed the days and times hes at his Springdale office. It makes it hard on me now because I work the days hes in Springdale. Other than that they are awesome!

Dr. Heim is one of the best providers i have visited in the past 40 years. He takes his time to answer questions and concerns.

Dr Heim actually stops and listens to his patients. He really tries to help them get better and that doesnt always mean surgery(not only about making money).

Wonderful surgeon and staff. Discussed everything that would happen with hip replacement and it did. Because i was healthy otherwise we did it within 10 days and my recovery time has been ahead of the average schedule. PT follow up is essential to a quick recovery!

I met Dr. Heim in the ER due to a disagreement I had with a table saw at home. I wanted to save what was left of my finger & he took that challenge. After a couple hours in surgery I was headed to the house. It took creative genious on his part, only a skilled surgeon could have done what he did. He used what I had left to fashion a finger...& did a damn good job of hiding the scars. I am completely impressed. He had me at Rehab the following day.Therapy would take 9 visits....I worked with Brandon at Northwest Health & Rehab. who is an excellent occupational therapist.His office mgr. Linn talked to me with no judgement at both my Dr. follow-ups & when she would see me at re-hab.I have had a great experience with them & will be going back to them for ALL my orthopaedic needs.

6 months waiting on hip surgery due to doctors nurse not doing her job. Didnt know her insurance, lied about phone calls to insurance, and even lied and told me I was approved for surgery but only to find out myself, was not. In my opinion Dr Heim seems to be a great doctor, and certainly has put in his time. Unfortunately, his nurse gives him a bad rap. Sought second opinion, was in surgery a week later and doing well after two weeks. Dr Heim needs to replace his nurse IMMEDIATELY!

Dr. Heim replaced my left hip about 10 years ago I am still in no pain and able to walk long distances with no pain.

I had to go to this doctor, he told me that I had Carpal Tunnel and another test needed to be done.A person can get this by repetitive actions using your wrist/s.So what did this doctor do, told me not to lifting any more than 5 lbs at work, funny thing is my job doesnt do anything with lifting but to repetitively use my wrist so I am not really able to do the work and risk being let go. he also stated that the pain in my wrists is being made up (in so many words).

Dr. Wrote script for broke foot and turned around and took it back..what. kind of Dr. Lets a patient suffer from a broke foot...Candace ledbetter
