Thank you for the great job your staff did today including the person who answered the phone (she got the answers right away & had a very nice way about her, made you smile to talk to her), & the gentleman that delivered the new unit to the house (he was very knowledgeable & had a nice way about him). This company is horrible. Their staff is very rude and unprofessional, especially Whitney. They give you extra supplies that you do not need, which cost you more and if you need to return the equipment (CPAP) because you cant use one, they ask for the unopened supplies and equipment back. They refuse to give you a refund on those supplies you returned and claim that it is a donation. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone and find a more reputable company to obtain your medical equipment and supplies from.

Poor customers service. Never get an answer, they loose yoir returned items and still bill you. Messes up insurance info. Worse medical supply company. Wouldnt recommend thsi company to anyone.

The tech was pretty helpful. I just wanted him to confirm .that my oxygen consentrater .had given out .. trying to get my doctor to call aerocare. And have the machine replaced.. so we shall see how the chips will fall.. good luck to me ..& you . If you get to bring me one back ..

Local number on google now goes to a corporate number. Unable to get a hold of local representatives. Out of stock on items like 4 wheeled walkers with an estimated time in arrival multiple days . Our office had to loan a patient an assistive device because they were out of stock.

The Technician who came out to service the oxygen concentrator was very polite and friendly. He notonly replaced the machine but also the tubing that my husband had on the other machine, and told him it should be replaced every 6 months. My husband has COPD in the final stages, suffered a major stroke on Oct. 7, 2020, and we both had Covid-19 in Dec. 2020, so with everything that he has its very important that the machine not go out on us. We are both 82 and so appreciated the kindness of this Technician. Thank you so much.

The people are indeed very nice but they never seem to have the needed info. I find it highly interesting that I paid $17 for a replacement part that they then billed my insurance $39 for, but I discovered that I could buy from Amazon for $15. Overhead I get, markup I get, but 200%? So I looked up other things. Turns out theyre getting something like 100% markup on everything you pay for *before* they bill insurancem except for the cpap itself, thats just 100% markup alone- and that is just for the machine, you pay an extra fee when you set up that easily covers the respiratory therapists time and some markup.

Needing to learn to use a CPAP machine was a daunting challenge to me. The local AeroCare office here in Springdale, Arkansas addressed my concerns and needs from my first contact with them. Aerocare used to be top of the line. I was trying to get a c-pap machine for him as his had broken. They messed around wiyh this for months. Evrrytime i called there was an excuse for why insurance wouldnt pay for it. I finally asked how much they were and was given a price if i just bought it wothout insurancr. I was told if i did it that way all supplies would be out of pocket. My husband passed away on 1/13/2020 and yestrtday i got a form from his insurance saying his cpap machine had been approved. Im so disappointed with their service and would recommend using someone else. The items they have are a matter of life and death sometimes and they shouldnt be able to drag this out for so long. Im very disappointed in them and really believe the cpap machine would have helpef my husband.

We had an appointment with them and they left a message LATE afternoon the day before, wanting to reschedule. We tried to call them back, but it keeps going to voice mail - cant talk to a person. So, we dont know what to do. Do we have an appointment or not? We made special arrangements to be able to go in this morning, but no one will call us back. Are we supposed to go in or not??? We dont know. TERRIBLE customer service!

Waiting on mask and hose requested in March. Last fall received calls saying my husband wasn’t using his machine enough and Medicare wouldn’t pay. He uses it 8.12 hours per day. They had provided him with a new machine. They read at the office and was showing not used. They finally agreed it was a bad machine or because we had a metal roof. But if was several months of arguing.The next problem came when they billed and we have a supplement that pays. We called to ask why they were billing and they said they were checkingNo one returns calls can’t talk to billing and reception says they will text billing.THEN they billed us using a debit card we early use and we don’t know how they had the #. This caused us to pay an overdraft fee. We have now called 3 times in a week and no one is returning calls. This is the slowest most unprofessional uncaring group of people anywhere. One star is 2 too many
