DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT use this medical supply. We used them for over 14 years. When my husband passed away, I called to let them know, and was told they would stop the billing. And guess what, THEY ARE STILL BILLING ME!!! Not only am I grieving the loss of the love of my life, they are still trying to take money that isnt theirs.

New management is great! The staff is amazing and so kind. I would recommend them to anyone.

The new manager Dwight and the staff there now are amazing. They care so much for all their patients. I have had a great experience with them my mother was with Delta and Areocare in the past so glad we switched to Lincare 5 stars

Lincare has been extremely difficult to work with. I have received letters in the mail to call their number and did ext. 0, and when I do that I’m disconnected because of “lack of response”. I have talked with several people multiple times who have assured me that our bill is covered by insurance. However, I continue to get letters saying we owe money and that we will be sent to a collections agency. Even though we have been told multiple times not to pay our bill, because our insurance covers it. Absolutely terrible customer service. If you can find another company to get your supplies through, I would HIGHLY recommend it! You’re already dealing with an illness, you shouldn’t have the added stress of not getting the right answers, not being able to talk with anyone, and being told misleading information.

I had a doctors order that was told would be taken care of back in July and the item shouldve been delivered to my house. I never received it so went by today and they had no record of anything. This is not the 1st time this has happened with this company and it gets worse. Losing record of insurance and trying to bill me later for something that was covered. They are very rude when there is an issue and refuse to admit their wrongs. If you dont want to hassle with a company that cant keep their records and will try to bill you later or never deliver, go somewhere (anywhere) else.

Slow response times. Never return calls.
