Excellent service today provided by Eric who re-installed my surround system after a recent remodel.Eric called me in advance to let me know he could arrive early and asked if that would be okay.Not only was he a total professional who was well educated on the equipment, but he took the time to teach me how to connect to the receiver to my phone via Bluetooth and operate everything.By the time Eric left, I was listening to music outside on speakers that I had installed in 2002 when I built the home but had NEVER been able to use.Fabulous experience, I highly recommend and will definitely be using AV Design Consultants Inc. in the future for my home entertainment and security needs.

Had a great experience from start to finish! Chris Palmer did a great job working with me to get as much accomplished within my budget. It took a few times on my part, but he was willing to do whatever I felt comfortable with. Chris was spot on with all his recommendations and I’m very glad I listened to him. The installation guys (Joe and Anthony) were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They happily answered all my uneducated questions. I pointed them to the locations of the work to be done and got out of their way! They were clean and tidy, and definitely left it better than they found it.

AV is the most professional company I have had the privilege to work with ever. From the first phone call with Chris to the exist briefing with Tech Chris their customer service, knowledge, and attention to detail was second to none. The staff throughout the entire install kept me informed and gave my options/possibilities in what could look or work better with the project (theater room). The staff went the extra mile to explaining the equipment and ensured we understood what they were explaining to us. Big take away from that is AV staff wanted my family to be happy with the finished product and to be able to use it effectively.

David Reese did a wonderful job setting up an Apple TV for me. He patiently made sure all apps downloaded correctly. He also gave me clear instructions for accessing all the apps. Chris Palmer was great to work with and the install team did an excellent job. They walked me through everything that I needed to know and pre-programmed everything so that I wouldn’t have to. My parents have a universal remote that over the years has gotten out of whack. I went through Google and called every home theater company in the area. This was the only one that answered the phone when I called and it was only one of two that I got a call back from.I explained the situation and they said that they could help. We were able to get a technician out within 48 hours which was pretty good considering we did not buy the system from them originally.My parents were over-the-top impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the technician. He got everything back up and running within 15 minutes and spent considerably more time patiently walking them through system operation.This is the way to build a successful business guys. Keep it up!
