Tonya is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever had to deal with owning a business. Not only did the person being tested admit to doing opiates 19 days prior but she admitted there wasn’t enough hair to do a proper test and when it came back negative she left threatening voicemails demanding payment for a test that was obviously false seeing as the person had admitting to using opiates and proof was shown. Not only had I been paying this woman for well over a year And trusted her to do a job to keep my kids safe from a known drug addict but who knows how many false tests I paid for when I already knew he had been using the whole time. Do not use this place if you need an accurate test. She has no idea what she’s doing and obviously needs to use a more reputable lab.
