Appointment was for 9:15 arrived at 9 to check in. Didnt get to leave until 11:50. All that time wasted just to be told to observe and come back in 6 months. No thank you. I live an hour away. This basically took my whole day for an eye exam.

The doctor is not good at what he does.A little background, I have retina lattice degeneration, which means I have very small holes at the very far edge of my retina. I was diagnosed by a specialist in California, he took less than 3mins to examine my retina with the magnifying glass after he saw my test result picture.The doctor here though, ordered same or similar tests, took forever examining my eye and told me Im fine. Then I showed him my old test result photo, he went back with magnifying glass and spend another eternity, then told me yeah I do have an issue.Im not even looking for a doctor to treat this, I just need a doctor to monitor my condition, I dont think they are capable of doing that.The staff is nice though.

Very thorough exam. All of the staff are considerate and pleasant. Dr Adams answers all of your questions and takes the time to explain your diagnosis.

Dr Dellacroce and staff were excellent today! I had retina tears and was referred on Tuesday to NWA retina specialist. They called two hours after my referral and got me into their office the day after the referral and Dr. Dellacroce with laser surgery repaired my retina. A no warning unexpected eye issue is scary. I am very thankful for their immediate help and attention to my case. I feel I am in good hands!

I drove from way out east of Springdale for an appointment. I am 76 and driving is difficult for me so I’ve stayed at home for months. I had this appointment verified last week and they told me where the new clinic is. I’ve received no further information from them, but today they say the doctor changed his schedule and is not even in the office. I am livid. What kind of doctors do this to elderly patients. Better check with them before you leave home.

I have been receiving regular eye injections in both eyes for a few years now & completely trust Dr Dellacroce & all the staff at NWA Retina .

I was referred to NWA Retina in October 2018 when I lost the vision in my right eye. I called and had an appointment within the week. The staff was very attentive and explained everything they were going to to do. I received eye shots monthly for 9 months (painless procedure) and in August 2019 had eye surgery. I am now in my 2-4 week healing. Dr. DellaCroce and staff made this procedure less frightening. Listening to other patients talking after recovery, they are very happy with their results.

Went here 3-4 yrs ago, Dr. DellaCroce fixed a hole in my retina. He was an excellent doctor, answered any question I had and fixed it in one trip. My vision never worsened and I am so happy to still have my eye.

I dont know where to even begin. Went in for a simple procedure that turned into two separate surgeries. The second was due to a mistake the Dr made. Now because of the mistakes made by this institute I now am blind in one eye and have whats is normally known as lazy eye. Yes I went in with good vision and normal looking eyes. If you value yourself. Do not trust them to treat you. On top of all the problems I now have. I had to pay them for the second surgery which was their fault I had to have. Please go somewhere else.

I had an appointment for Friday at 8am. I made this appointment a month prior. They called me at 4 PM the evening before my appointment to reschedule because they dont see new patients on Friday! Not because someone was sick or had an emergency but because they scheduled me wrong!

Horrible! The receptionist Hayley was incredibly rude and had an attitude the whole time to myself and my husband!
