Dr. Orr and all the assistants are so caring and professional. My dental work looks great and feels great. This is the only dentist office I’ve been to that I have been happy to go to. Highly recommend them!

I brought my daughter yesterday there for the first time. She really enjoyed her visit. Joanna was amazing. My daughter is always afraid to go to the dental clinic but she made everything fun for her. Front desk staves are nice too. We would definitely visit again.

I showed up a day early for my appointment and they saw me without saying a word. It wasn’t until hours after my appointment that I realized I made a mistake. Rachael was great and saw me no questions asked. My teeth feel nice and clean a day ahead of schedule.

Everyone in the office is super professional and friendly. They have very high standards of hygiene and I felt I was in really good hands. I highly recommend this clinic. Also, you wont forget your appointment...they send lots of reminders.🙂

Everyone here is so sweet! Im a big baby when it comes to pain and they talked me through it and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They worked with me as far as scheduling. I mixed up my appointment time once and they still seen me. I will continue going here over any other place. Great staff, great dentist!

I love the staff! I have extreme phobia with trips to the dentist and my tears just flow freely, my heart beats fast, my knees shake because of anxiety whenever I have a dental appointment. All these have been lessened because everyone treated me so kindly. Ms. Shelby always have comforting words for me and the other ladies who assisted me were really sweet and kind. Dr. Orr was great! I am definitely coming back for my dental treatment plan! God bless all of you!

After my insurance changed I had to find a new Dentist in a hurry for an emergency painful cavity and I called them and they had me come in right away. Since then I have had 2 other emergency situations and they get me in right then. They have been amazing and very nice and helpful staff. 100% recommend.

The Rock Family dentistry is at a good location at Sunset Ave in Springdale Ar only one mile from I 49 Sunset exit.

It was great for me, painless, friendly, and quality, but more importantly my kids all around the age of 11 left without a single complaint. The kids felt safe, welcome, and felt like they made friends.

I hadnt been to a dentist in a long while and then had a fall that broke my two front teeth. Thats how I ended up at Rock Family Dental. They took care of my two front teeth (crowns) and started me down the path of getting caught up on all the dental work I had been delaying (avoiding). I really appreciate the professionalism of all the staff and of Dr. Orr. I have had several extractions here, including wisdom teeth, and he has done a great job, fast and efficient and pain managed expertly with local anesthesia, fast recovery afterwards. I just finished my 2nd deep cleaning today (two quadrants one visit, two this time), and I want to thank Tamyra, who did both. She is calm and professional, gentle and caring, and very diligent about doing a thorough job while minimizing any pain or discomfort. I have crooked teeth on bottom front that I assumed would not be able to be saved, the plaque was very advanced, but she has taken care of them and I couldnt be happier with the results- it has really affected my outlook, this was something that weighed on me alot, such a relief now to not be embarrassed by my smile. I also would like to commend the front office staff, they are so professional and knowledgeable about working with insurance, I just dont have any issues or worries there and everyone is so friendly and pleasant, even though Covid has made their jobs much more difficult. So glad to have found this office and definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with Rock Family Dental, The office was clean and organized and everyone was happy and friendly.I took my 7 year old son to get a teeth cleaning and being young he was a bit nervous and anxious. Shelby, the hygienist that cleaned his teeth worked with him well and was comforting for him and kept him calm explaining what she was doing for him and what the equipment and tools she was using. She did a great job cleaning his teeth. I was very pleased.The doctor and the rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Rock Family Dental!

Best Dental office in NWA!!! Most friendly and caring staff. The manager Andrea was able to get my mother seen ASAP. As soon as you walk into the office you feel welcome! Monica greeted my mother with a warm genuine smile! She also explained very well her treatment plan to my mother. They go above and beyond for their patients. Best of all there staff is bilingual So my mother can go to all her appointments on her own and not have to wait for someone to go with her to translate. Great experience from start to finish.The hygienists are very friendly and always smiling especially Ana! Dr Orr was fantastic!! so easy to talk to and friendly. Thank you Andrea for helping us out.

Got my cleaning done by Ana and she was very professional and with a great attitude. The place is very welcoming and has a very modern type of dental office feel to it. My family and I have used this dentist for the last 2 years. They have been great! Never a wait for appointments and when emergencies occur they will work you in. Hannah and Anna usually do our cleanings and their the best!

Finding a new dentist is super stressful, especially when you need one for your whole family...Dr. Kara and Alisha were really great with my 5 yr old son and have even taken the time to show him how to take better care of his teeth! They will over charge you. Not allow your wife to go in the room with you to have work done she has to say in the lobby. They will tell you that some teeth need work when other teeth that are worse off they will not touch and they will not tell you this. They do not care about the patients feelings or anything else. They do not go over the exact cost of crowns just that it will cost this then you find out later that it will be at least double what they told you. Never go to this dentist office they schedule your appointments you call to change them they tell you they are changed and they dont actually change them then when they show up they tell you they completely got to reschedule you to another day after you already drove an hour and a half to get to your appointment. And then when you call the corporate office which doesnt have a direct number so you call the one on Facebook and they refused to help you and tell you they just have a big call center and they dont want to give you the number for there either.

They are so unprofessional and so unprepared. I had to resign all the papers I filled out a month in advance. Then when Im finished she tells me I dont have to sign cuz I did it before. Then they had me wait for a half hour just to tell me my insurance wasnt good. They had a month, a full month, to figure that out and had to wait for me to sit there to tell me. I said I set this appointment a month in advance and you couldnt figure that out before? The lady replied, I guess we couldnt figure if you was covered or not. You guess? Its either you did or you didnt look up my insurance, theres no guessing. Thats so unprofessional and lazy of them.

Our first visit to Rock dentistry was to the bentonville office. We received excellent service. My teenagers were impressed. Our second visit to their offices were in springdale. I completed the paperwork and was advised that the copays was going to be $67.00. I was taken back by this information and we were receiving the same care from the same company. I had been informed my insurance paid 100%. My inquiry revealed they were going to charge me for gas, which was/is not necessary. This office conferred with the one in bentonville and I was later told there was no charge.I feel a little dismayed that from appearances sake the office in springdale was attempting to get money for services not needed.A extra caveat: the bentonville office provides free coffee, the one in springdale does not.
