I went their for my first and last time and i had the worst experience. I think it was the owner or something who take cared of doing my nails and i asked for a GOLDEN color and she put a YELLOW color on my nails. Amd when i told her that the color wasnt what i wanted she got all mad and start saying thing. If you want to have a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and just WASTE YOUR MONEY then GO TO LAVIE SALON.

I went with a friend here once and the ladies helping us were so rude to us because we wanted gel nail polish and they kept persisting we get acrylics, when we told them we didn’t want acrylics again they began to be rude and rough through out our whole visit there. We left unsatisfied and not welcomed at all!

I just came out of here...WORST PLACE FOR A PEDICURE... Its my first visit and definitely will be the last. The lady doing the pedicure to my mother in law was paining attention to EVERYTHING and EVERYONE except what she was doing which was supposed to be a PEDICURE. I think she was watching who came in and out and how many pedicures where left. It was very disappointing touching my mother in laws feet and felt them so ROUGH... If you want a terrible pedicure this is the right place to throw away your money... Sorry but not sorry... I am really really annoyed for throwing away my money like I did today...

Read prior reviews, quality doesn’t seem to be good. This picture was taken within 3 hours of my visit First time coming here and will be my last. I paid $123 for us. My 4 year old had “pedicure”, they lady only spent about 10 minutes on her. She didn’t cut her nails or trim, all she did was massage her legs and put on a clear coat, but according to the manager it was a gel which it’s more expensive. They both got clear polish, next time we will just find another place.The manager didn’t understand when I explained to her what all they did and how I wasn’t told anything. She pointed to a very small printed paper with many prices, and how they have it listed there. Customer service was bad!

They are so nice and friendly. My wife and daughter always go to get their nails done here.

So I had called this afternoon and asked if walk ins where available. They had said yes I went right in. As she started she clearly didn’t know how to do what I asked which was using the dipping powder. She asked if I had wanted them coffin and I responded yes. There’s black all over my nails and they are NOT even remotely straight. All of this ended up costing me $65 dollars... for what looks like a toddler has done.Let’s not forget how awful the customer service is.As I was about to go wash my hands the nail tech is telling the girl who came in to get her nails fixed (she was just in yesterday) that it’s her fault!

Nope!! Do not go to this salon. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I stoped coming here a few years ago because they would always leave cuts around my nail bleeding. So I decided to give them a chance once agin. BAD IDEA! the lady doing my nails ways being so harsh and she was rushing, after she was done with my nails I started getting itching around my face. Well I ended up getting a allergic reaction to one of the products she put on my nails. I went straight to Urgent care from the salón i broke out on my face my neck and part of my shoulders. Do not recommend this place all all! It was a scary experience I’ve never had an allergic reaction to anything before, and I’ve gotten my nails done for year at different locations.

Where do I even begin with this salon? First, they offer all natural, organic dipping powder which is AWESOME. I try to be natural where I can, and I love that this was an option! My technician was very kind, and did a great job on my nails. The lady working the front desk took the time to help me find the colors for my semi-difficult design I wanted. Very friendly and very cute nails. It has taken me a while to find a regular salon to go to, and I think I found it today. Thanks y’all!

I went to this place 4-5 months ago! This lady is good and very fun and I do like her and when she takes her time.she did an amazing color on my hair after she done wit it but it wasn’t 1 week and my hair color was gone😞whenever I took shower, I can see that my hair color go so it wasn’t one week but my hair go back to normal so I’m scared to go back to this place! I spent eight some bucks on my hair color but didn’t work at all.

Went in yesterday this person must be new he took over an hour and 30mins for a regular color fullset and left my nails looking if they were still not dry!!! I didnt mention nothing to him because i felt bad!!! But bad quality!!!

I come here regularly for haircuts and pedicures. Mitz is my absolute favorite for hair - she is incredibly good at what she does and a pleasure to be around. And the prices are about impossible to beat! They offer soft drinks with some of the services and you can order wine with your mani/pedis. I absolutely recommend this place.

Chairs werent very comfortable & the staff didnt make me feel welcomed. One of the staff was actually sitting beside me on the chair watching a show with no headphones on while another was facetiming someone on speaker phone. Not offered any drink and everyone was very cold to me. Also, I kept getting cut & they didnt get any more gentle.

Came for a quick man pedicure and they were amazing at what they did. My nail tech was very attentive and thorough when doing my pedicure. Definitely recommend!

I called beforehand to make sure they knew how to do dip nails. They ensured me that they did. Once I got there, it was clear that they lacked experience with doing dip nails. They tried to talk me into getting something else when all they had to do was tell me that they didnt have much experience with dip nails over the phone. Within two days my nails were breaking, and dip nails usually last me a month. Definitely my first and last time going there.

The only reason i put 1 star is because I had to so I could write a review. Im doing this to warn others. I got gel nails done a week ago and they are coming up and breaking off. Ive never had this happen before. I have been getting gel nails for years and they always last 3-4 weeks. I have jot been rough on my nails at all. I went in to have them fixed and the owners laughed in my face, made fun of me, and refused to fix them or give a refund. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I will never ever go back. Waste of time and money.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Will NOT go back! This isnt the first bad experience I have had with them but I wanted to give them another chance! When I was there I even watched a family have a terrible experience that the little girl was crying. But my experience was also bad. The guy did not understand anything I was saying at all. I got the deluxe pedi and barely gave me a massage. The massage wasnt even 2 minutes. I then got a mani. I told him I wanted a mani & didnt even get the massage of hands or anything. I had to then say can I at least get my cuticles trimmed and was charged $5 more for that. I told him I didnt want fake nails but asked what the organic powder was and he had NO clue what I was saying he just kept saying yeah and nodding his head. I said I dont want fake nails, I like shellac but what is the powder. Since he didnt understand what I was even saying I asked a lady & she also had no clue what I was saying she just kept saying pick color! You pick color. So I just thought whatever Ill try the powder. He did HORRIBLY!!!! He didnt he get anywhere close to my cuticle so it hasnt even been a week and there is already a HUGE gap between my cuticle & the polish. Also they are not smooth, they are curvy on top & look like mountains, if that is a good imagery.I WILL NOT GO BACK! I usually dont leave reviews but absolutely needed to warn others!!!!I highly advice to go some where else! Customer service is terrible, the work of them was terrible & the experience was terrible!

My husband and I went here for per vacation Pedicures. I received a mani/pedi combo. We had a coupon so that made the price the most affordable I have seen in Northwest Arkansas. The Pedicure chairs are super comfy and relaxing, the salon is clean and non cluttered. I liked that the pedicurist did not take too much foot callous off (you need a little) ..However, the nail techs are really aggressive when it comes to cuticle removing. My index fingers and thumbs are sore and I am afraid the cuticle is going to split (having keep lots of cuticle oil on it) and my husband is experiencing the same on his toes. Manicures and Pedicures should NOT be painful when you finish. Ever.

I walked into the salon for a scheduled appt. Listened to the only stylist they currently have talking to client and noticed the stylist was upset. She stopped her conversation and asked me if I had an appt. I told her yes but she didnt have me scheduled. I told her we made the appt. 5 weeks ago and she wrote the appt. on a card for me. She said her book wasnt done that far in advance and she must have forgotten to put me in. I commented that this was the 3rd or 4th time this happened. She became upset, stated she wouldnt see me because she believed I was rude.....I didnt believe I was rude but I had a reason to be upset...This is Friday afternoon, before a holiday. She refused me service even though this was her fault, not mine. Obviously, I wont go there again as they dont care about their repeat business. FYI...nail salon isnt good either.

Im very disappointed because I initially loved this place. But the lady who has done my nails the last two times has left my fingers tore up and sore. And she wont fill or paint them correctly. She said the color I picked is to hard to paint all the way back to the cuticle and I know this is a lie. Because ive had my nails done at other olaces and they had no problem. All they want is for you to come back sooner in order to get more of your money. I think ill be finding a new place to do my nails. I gave the rating a 3 simply because the lady who has been cutting my hair does great. Definitely go there if your just going for hair. Dont get your nails done.

I had My hair cut. And it wasnt the first time. But thiis time she cut my bangs so short. I asked to have them fall to my cheek bone but they fall on my brow, and she blended the sides to match bangs So now I feel as if I have a mullet. The color is lovely. Very blonde and was a shock. But I can live with the color but not the mullet feel. Very upset about the cut. Its HORRIBLE.I will say this gal has been cutting my hair since I moved to springdale. Not sure what happened this time. But its the last time I go there.

They always do a very good job & I usually end up loving my nails when I get them done here but they can sometimes be a little rough when filing my nails & dont always talk while working on your nails so it can be a little awkward. Im not sure but seems like some of the workers may be limited on english because i asked for help finding a darker blue nail polish & the lady just looked at me like she didnt understand and walked away... but they know what theyre doing with Manicures so all in all i give them a 4 star review. I did get a guy once who was very friendly, very helpful who talked to me the entire time, he was super polite. Their prices for Manicures arent bad either. 25 for basic color and full set !! Awesome.

Lavie Salon in Springdale. So today me my niece and mom went to get pedicures have always went here nails and toes at least twice a month. Today halfway through the pedicure they are talking about my niece and pointing and the woman says were sorry but she is to big for the princess spa pedicure-, she has to fit in the kid chairs to qualify for that. Meaning they want the same 35.00 for her also. Their price list says ages 10 and under. PERIOD.She is 10- So I immedientky snap into mamma bear mode- it hurt her feelings, embarrassed her, and was EXTREMELY uncalled for and rude and the convo went on and on for at least 10 minutes.She is very tall for her age and I can personally guarantee she hasnt been able to fit in their child chair for YEARS. I made it very clear we will not be coming back and that it was incredibly rude and irrelevant. People who have came there for years are not lieing for a discount for a child--I mean seriously. It made her smile and giggle to see me go buck wild however I know she wont forget it--- end rant. I vote HIGHLY AGAINST LAVIE salon- and If you have children I would suggest you do also. That isnt how business is done. And no corrections or discounts were offered either showing just how much they truly value loyal customers.
