What is the deal with nobody answering the phones. It sings to you when it seems like they pic up and then nothing

Deserves 0 stars, wouldnt fill my prescription because I recently moved and he didnt know my doctor. I wont have medication all weekend because of this place, what a joke. The Asian guy who works there is useless.
