I am usually a die hard Kroger shopper, but Kroger is falling off.1. I ordered Curbside after having my baby and they gave me the wrong formula. Had I not checked I would have had to drive back.2. They also messed up several other things. I wanted Snapple Apple and they gave me Mango Madness?? Not even close to what I asked for.3. About two weeks ago I was shopping here & there was like two lines open at 5pm on a weekday. I politely asked an older woman who was working the self-checkout if she could call for more cashiers. She said “No, it’s because everyone’s getting off.” No customer service!Going back to HEB for a few months.

Now I love kroger from the bottom of my heart and I appreciated that yall stayed open late through this whole pandemic. I normally work late and dont have time to go to the store before 10pm or so. Therefore it really hurt me when I pulled up and noticed the sign that says 11pm closing. But most of all I dont appreciate CHARLES hanging up on me when I called to ask when you started closing at 11 SCREW YOU CHARLES YOU AND YOUR little dog snoopy too!

Store is beautiful and clean, but not staffed! Against my better judgement I went here instead of HEB, and only 2 registers open on a Saturday at noon? Plenty of self checkout of course, but nearly impossible to do with a full cart. Also, I dont work there, so why should I check myself out? Prices are comparable to HEB, and youll get out way quicker over there. Or save a ton of money, go to Aldi, and bag there yourself.

Worst place to do your shopping! No cashier for more than 15 items. Waiting 25 minutes to get my cart checked off, food melted! Apathetic employees without initiative, no management present at multiple times. You can buy chips and few items but definitely not for more than few self checked out items. Also have had experience with expired items on the shelf. Go to HEB few min drive down the street. Thank you to Sarah the only cashier open handling courteous the frustrated delayed customers, actually the only present employee in that day.

I have been blessed with this particular store. Curbside pick up, Im treated like true royalty. First Eric, now Cason. These guys are awesome!!!!!

Don’t order a cake from this Kroger Bakery!!! My wife ordered a cake for our first anniversary on February 4th. When we went to go pick it up on February 13th the cake wasn’t there. We were told that they had lost our order. The lady behind the counter told us if came back the next morning they would have it ready. We told the lady what we wanted with fresh strawberries in between the cake. Well the cake was pretty but that is not we got.We got a cake when strawberry filling injected every so often. We will never get another cake from here again.

The spirit in this store is dead👀🙏😬ive always love Kroger but thus store put iff bad vibes but regional management must be Superb store is nice and clean makes ur shopping experience nice pleasant but when u get ri the register everyone seems sooo unhappy with the exception of 2 people😜🙏😇

Great staff . Sophia and the new girl make a great team . They had my orders ready in no time and were very friendly ! The store manager was also very nice and friendly!

The pharmacy staff is nice but they need to be better staffed. Everytime I call or visit they always just have like 1 person the pharmacist or whomever and I typically am on hold for extended period of time or waiting in the drive thru a long time.

Pick up service is second ti none.
