Great experience, staff very professional and kind. Loved the Doctor Dinh’s chair side manner and she was informative, patient, and a pleasure to deal with. Can’t say enough good things about the staff and Dr. I normally don’t write reviews but when a team does a great job they need to be recognized!!

From appointment to eye exam to eyeglass purchase, everything was perfect. I got a thorough exam using the latest technology without needing to have my pupils dilated. The frame selection is second to none with a wide array of trendy and classic design options. Everyone was kind and covid-safe ... plus I got my new glasses in under an hour :)

Was helped by Katy and Dr. Dinh, and they were both friendly and very helpful. I was in and out within an hour, and that included my full eye exam and picking out my new glasses. The office is beautiful, and there is a great selection of glasses to try on. Highly recommend Focus Optical!

I am still in awe of the service we received at Focus Optical in Spring today! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I have a very picky 5 year old who had to pick out his first pair of glasses today. Though we had found a pair that would work, the staff just knew they were not quite right. They then went to another location, found him a better option, and proceeded to help me convince him that he should go with the perfect pair. Also, these were a less expensive pair and insisted I take a refund, though I was willing to pay more for all the havoc we caused. Amazing!! The doctor took her time explaining everything so well too. I highly recommend them!

This was my first visit with Focus Optical and my visit was spectacular. The staff was amazing in finding a pair of frames and Dr was very knowledgeable with my concerns with my vision.

Absolutely love Focus Optical, both the Woodlands and Springwoods location. Staff is very helpful and genuine. They really care about your well being and offer an array of top quality brands. I took my parents in for their exams and was able to be seen same day.
