The doctors and staff are wonderful, very kind and courteous and obviously highly rated. Reading through these comments though, its true you may need to call a few times, but they appear to be short staffed, which a lot of places are nowadays. Dont understand why many patients gripe about being asked to wear a face mask whenever theyre visiting, they send plenty of reminders besides having 5 posters ON THE DOOR LOL. Theres a reason theyre so busy, just be prepared! Totally worth the wait.

Went to appointment thinking that I would be seeing Dr. Carr, all of a sudden this wonderfully delightful Jennifer Buffard came in and was very thorough and went over every concern that I had and even some I didnt know about. Absolutely loved her and will make sure I get her again

I love the doctors they are absolutely amazing. However whenever you deal with the front office it is nothing but a headache. I had to call twice in order to make an appointment with someone who sounds so angry to be at their job. I also had to call 3 times to get a nurse in 5 days just to get my accutane bloodworm sent over to my bloodwork center. The doctors are absolutely amazing but good luck dealing with the front desk something definitely needs to be changed.

Not sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. I used to go to Dr Carr but she was busy and I had scheduled my appointment with Dr Summer- first time. I really liked the nurse, she was knowledgeable and polite. The receptionist was very friendly and nice. The doctor sound nice however I felt she was in a big hurry. I thought I would have full body check and would be asked questions, but it wasn’t done, and feeling under pressure I forgot to show the Dr some spots which need attention. In addition, for some reason she couldn’t give me a very good explanation of the difference between medication I use now (from a shelf of pharmacy) and a prescribed medication. I was hoping to know more about the new med I would have to take. To say I was shocked when I arrived to my pharmacy to pick it up- is to say nothing. The medication cost is about $670. I am pretty sure there are other brands- analog to this overpriced medication. I called the office to ask about it, however I didn’t hear back. Usually I have no issues with my appointments in Texas spring dermatology.

Great place. Wonderful staff. I see J. Buffard and she is always so sweet, energetic and informative. She is very comforting. Dr Carr saw my daughter when she was in middle school for acne. Shes wonderful too. Cleared up her acne safely both mentally and physically.

The staff here are absolutely delightful. Dr Carr has been very thorough in checkups and extremely efficient when treating any skin problems Ive had. Ive appreciated the well-organized, clean environment and wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place.

She takes her time to explain treatment step by step, what to expect and what not to expect. The care she provides her patients is top-notch! And the office staff are always helpful and very friendly.

Can I give zero stars? Just got kicked out for not having a mask. I honestly don’t own one. I said I would wear one if they had one - they said they didn’t have one. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years now-I will no longer be coming here. My husband and many family and friends also go here based on my recommendation-they will also not be patients here anymore.

Every time that I have visited spring dermatology my experience has been great!! The staff has always gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service. SUPERIOR👍 And my doctor has always listened to me which is VERY IMPORTANT. And she has always given me clear and concise information. I would highly recommend spring dermatology . Thanks guys! The doctors and staff are very friendly and helpful. I do believe they are understaffed. When I call the office, no one ever answers. I’ve been having issues with reactions to medications so I’ve been having to call a lot. It’s so disappointing because I really like this place. Also, getting a hold of Jeniffer Buffard take an act of Congress. She’s only there Tuesdays and Thursdays and if need any help in between then, you won’t get it. The other doctors won’t recommend anything. You just have to wait and suffer.

I have been coming to Spring Dermatology for several years. I’m always treated with respect and professionalism. They are on top of the latest technology in skin care.

The experience I had at Spring Dermatology has been the worst experience I had with any business. The doctors make you feel rushed and the billing department doesn’t apply your payments properly. They also never answers their phones. It shouldn’t be this hard to make an appointment or get issues resolved. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!

My husband is a return patient of Spring Dermatology. He went in to have a facial exam to check for skin issues and was charged $90 for a biopsy. Thats fine, but for that amount, and for being an established patient who had previous procedures done at that facility, they should have completed a full body exam. Dr. Flowers should have reviewed his records and known that Dr. Carr had performed a previous procedure to where he shouldve been checked for any possible new skin issues, not just on the face.

I love Dr. Flowers. She is so personable and explains to you in detail. She doesn’t try to rush you !

Went in to see Dr flowers i believe, she was not available i met with Jennifer Buffard i had bad acne from no where, white heads on my face and my front hair was gone after taking out my locs. Best decision ever! Jennifer diagnosed me correctly didnt rush the antibiotic route and knew how to treat my skin and get my edges growing again. I saw her in February within weeks my skin cleared up and within months look at the picture i have edges again. I cannot say enough good things about her. She kept it real. I did what she instructed and viola.

As a first time patient, I am and still very concerned with my skin. A biopsy was conducted and haven’t heard anything regarding my results. It’s been almost two weeks. I made appointment at Spring Dermatology based on the good reviews and some how after two appointments I still don’t know/feel confused on treatment. Staff is nice but, I wasn’t given and type of instructions on anything. Still feel confused and lost about what is going on with my skin.

Whatever you do, do not go here. This is going to be a long one but I recommend reading. They will randomly cancel your appointment the day before when you’ve been waiting over a month to get in for a serious issue. Apparently all new patient forms must be filled out online 48 hours before (which I was never told) or they will cancel your appointment. I received two reminder emails two days before the appointment, but nowhere in either email did it mention there was a deadline and that my appointment would be cancelled. I had specifically set aside some time this afternoon to fill out all necessary forms which now is null and void. After listening to the voice mail from this morning of them cancelling my appointment I called and tried to see if there was a way I could fill out the new patient forms when I arrived like a normal Dr’s office, but nope. Just cancelled. I also called at least four times until I was able to get through to anyone and the office manager was magically out of the office.I’m sure the doctors are great based on other reviews I’ve seen here, but this is probably one of the worst run Dr’s offices I’ve ever seen. Would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Because of previous skin conditions I have to go every 6 months for my full body check over. Couldnt be more pleased with the doctors and the staff and how considerate they are. My previous dermatologist who was at the woodlands followed her husband to another state and although they had other dermatologist there I chose to find a Dermatologist closer to home and they were recommended by a coworker. So glad I found them.

Dr. Flowers is awesome! She answers all my questions, ranging from Botox and plasma fibroblast treatments, to a resistant yeast infection, to basal cell carcinomas, to my sons warts. She does a thorough skin exam and is full of happy energy!

I struggled to get my first appointment set up but now this is my second time going back and everything is going good. everyone is very nice and helpful. I just never leave out without setting up my follow up appointment.

Spring Dermatology is a group of highly qualified service providers. They are always very attentive and caring with their protection of my needs. Ive truly enjoyed their practice for years now and would consider my care the best.Their practice has wonderful people working and they always have your best interest at heart. I truly enjoy my provider and her care for my health is beyond expectations.

Try calling and let me know if and when they answer the phone! I doubt that the place is so packed that nobody answers. Because of this I missed my appointment. If this happens again for sure will be my last visit and will not be doing business anymore.

I absolutely LOVE Spring Dermatology! I went there for a bad case of maskne as wearing masks for long periods of time was taking a toll on my skin. Dr. Carr was absolutely AMAZING... She prescribed a skin regimen that worked wonferdully! They have a great deal of skin care products in office which is extremely convenient. Dr. Carr was personable and answered all my questions. All of the ladies at Spring Dermatology were welcoming and helpful. The are timely and the wait time is minimal. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dermatologist.

I have been going to an acne lab for around 6 months and paid $150 a month. After 6 months my results were so minimal i turned to Dr.Carr for help. She instantly set me up with an acne regime that was significantly cheaper and within TWO WEEKS my face was brighter and my acne cleared. I now only have acne scars that are already starting to fade. I saw Dr. Carr, although my appointment was with Dr. Flowers. It was a great first visit. Also, the nurse who took my vitals was very sweet. She listens to my concerns and had good feed back. My only complaint is their appointment/phone system. There were about 5 or 6 people sitting there in the receptionist area and no one answerd the phone. It could have been due to the ice storm, but I had tried calling before and could never get through. The day of my appt. I was on an endless repeating message loop for 1 hour, 43 minutes and 22 seconds, I attempted to call them 9 different times that day to see if they were open. I took the chance and left my house for the first time in a week, hoping that they would be open for business. So far I am glad I took the chance.

She provided more details and up my subscription, in addition to recommending other products that will help with the stubborn spots. Tried for 3 weeks to get results from a procedure. I was told by the doctor that she would call in about a week with results, and that I if didnt hear anything to call and check. After 10 days...nothing. Then I left 3 messages over the next 2 weeks...nothing. On my fourth call I asked to speak to an office manager to complain and get some answers. It was then that I was told to go to my patient portal online to get my results. I havent heard anything about a patient portal until I complained. I know these information portals are common now, and thats fine but I had no idea thats what they use. This is contrary to what the Dr told me and not mentioned in 3 follow up phone calls. Additionally, I think this practice is good at billing procedures, some maybe not so necessary, but not good at answering patient questions. If you want a healthcare partner that is engaged in your care, I wouldnt recommend Spring Dermatology.
