The WORST experience ever. My brother and I were told we needed our wisdom teeth removed and that we should schedule an appointment ASAP. Were both in college so we decided to wait a few months until winter break. When we came in for our appointment Dr. Memmott had no intention of removing our wisdom teeth. He threw his colleague under the bus saying that some dentists are too proactive about removing wisdom teeth and that I actually was fine to keep mine in. Despite saying my brother needed his removed he still refused to do it without giving any real reasons as to why (he ended up giving my brother a referral to an oral surgeon instead).Here I am now a year later with my wisdom teeth growing in to the point that I will need them removed otherwise my teeth will likely shift.It was a huge waste of time and preparation that couldve easily been avoided had he or the office told us that he didnt intend on doing the surgery himself.

Went for a basic cleaning - hygienist was thorough and friendly and the office is beautiful. However, the doctor himself barely spent any time with me and felt a little impersonal. I have a few horizontal cracks inside my teeth that have been mentioned to me by previous dentists and this doctor made no mention of them. I just didnt feel the exam was thorough and it was almost as if he was annoyed I was even there.

The dentists and staff are absolutely wonderful! I am one that hates going to the dentist (from past experiences with other dentists) but Dr. Memmott has been wonderful! Not afraid of visits as much as I used to be. Highly recommend visiting their office. You’re the best, Dr. Memmott!

Dr. M s office is a positive experience! The staff are friendly and make you feel relaxed because they tell what is going to happen. The office is bright, open and clean. For someone like myself who was never fond of the dentist office, I have no qualms!Thanks to one and all.

Went to my six month check up and all was good. Miss Jasmine did a great cleaning as usual. Dr. Stone examined my teeth afterwards. She adjusted my mouth guard even though it needed little improvement, she went the extra step. Not sure what more a patient could ask far from any dentist office.

This place was amazing!!!!!!! The people were so caring and they took the time to listen to me. Your smile is sacred and for someone who had a self conscious awareness to their smile its and emotional wreakage. Youd be a fool not to go to this place. Take it from me. Dr. Memmott and staff are wonderful! They give excellent customer care and painless dentistry. Work I have had done has been very good so far (more to do)! Of course the cost could always be less, but so far they have been worth the price. All there are very friendly and professional.

The hospitality their is something of a hallmark bench mark in customer service. The moment I walked in everyone spoke genuinely greeted me and smiled. I truly appreciate great customer service. But here they love what they do and I appreciate as much as I admire establiments that treat their customers with care. They well well informed, prompt, and patient. Which is hard to come by these days. Considerably charmed me, oh and let me not forget I was 20 minutes or late for my appointment. They were so nice I thought I was about to be carried to my car walking out. Lol. I’m do for a few implants and crowns and a routine clean for my 3 yr old, can’t wait. As implants can be costly I’m hoping we’ll be able to come to a reasonable solution.

The office is very modern and located in a very convenient area. My dental hygienist was excellent, and all staff are very friendly. I will be returning to Dr. Memmott DDS, for all my future dental needs.

Honestly, I’m super angry with the procedures I went through at this dentistry. But Dr. Memmott is a mediocre when it comes to cosmetic dentistry. I went to Memmott twice on the same reoccurring issue on this pain I had between two teeth. I told him it was the gum area and not the teeth. He even took xrays and saw that I had no cavities whatsoever. I came a third time again with the same problem and without taking any xrays he suggested I get two root canals done. Desperate to rid the pain and trusting Memmotts word I went ahead and set the appointments up for the root canals. I got the root canals done with him and I felt really pressured by one of his staff members to set the appointments up for crowning the teeth. After these procedures I continued to have the same pain still and I decided to go somewhere else. Low and behold I was told it was obvious I had a gum infection. I feel like I got screwed over on the fact that I got two unnecessary root canals done with him when realistically I just had a gum infection. Not only getting the root canals done they were not done right and I had to get them redone with a periodontist because it created an even bigger infection and it formed an abscess. I’m now having to pull money out of my own pocket to get the crowning done. I shouldn’t be in this situation in the first place. I’m super disappointed and I highly recommend going elsewhere when it comes to cosmetic dentistry. For cleanings ya sure but for anything outside of that HELL NO!

Dr. Memmott’s office is modern and spotless, and all staff I have encountered are friendly and helpful. Hygienist Natalie was thorough and gentle today. I was a little surprised that I was scheduled with Dr. Stone for my exam, and not Dr. Memmott, my usual dentist. She seemed thorough and was also friendly and professional, so I have no complaints being scheduled with her.

Latest Technology. The Asia Lady took time to painstakingly clean my teeth. I recommend this place for anyone wanting VIP services with your same health plan.

Dr. Memmott is smart, sharp and innovative. His work is excellent. When he combines the science of dentistry with his skill and artistry, you end up with beautiful results. My daughter had a lot of work to be done over several weeks. The beginning was difficult because of other health related issues; but Dr. Memmott along with his highly trained professional assistant Betsy got her through it with great care.The staff are second to none. I have been with Dr. Memmotts’s office for a couple years now. When I recently moved to the other side of Houston, I decided to look for another dentist closer to my home. (I was not leaving because of care, I was leaving out of convenience.) After visiting another Dentist office near the Medical center, I quickly realized how gimmick doctor offices pay for those fancy office fronts! The list of “suggested treatment plan” was ridiculous, the dentist “spa” was absurd and the staff felt like sales people.The care I receive and the straight forward “layman’s term” explanation of my oral health makes me trust Dr. Memmott’s staff. I know happily drive 45 min away to their office.In my opinion, If your dentist office has 5 stars because they offer cocktails, lifetime whitening or a massage, then they are desperate to get you in their chair.

Dr. Memmott has been a game changer for me. My teeth were really bad and I was in a lot of pain. I couldnt smile or eat properly for a long time. His determination to fix all of my problems and his calm and patient personality gave me faith to get my teeth fixed. Now I have an amazing smile and I can laugh without being self conscious. I dont know how to thank him and all of his amazing staff. THE BEST!

Really love the new office atmosphere and the efficiency of the new processes. My exam and cleaning was complete in no time and I was able to get out of the office within 30mins. Another aspect that I liked is making the next appt right there in the exam room....no need to go see another person to make next appt. all in all a very positive experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Memmott’s for a few years now and I’ve always had a great experience. I recently broke a back tooth from biting on something hard, they got me in right away and I ended up needing a crown. Dr. Memmott made everything very easy to understand and the procedure was literally painless. He is professional, friendly, and is really an amazing dentist. The staff is awesome, everyone has always been really nice and welcoming. Lauren is my hygienist and she is awesome, my kids love seeing her too. She always makes it fun for them which I always really appreciate. I highly recommend Dr. Memmott and his office!

I am scared of the dentist but I found that Dr. Memmott were very patient with me, heard my concerns and I felt no pain during my procedure. The staff was friendly with me, but the wait time could improve. I would recommend him as a dentist to my friends.

Not a good first impression. Kept me waiting for almost an hour ( 50 min ) over appt time. Indicated after doing xrays that I had to take antibiotics or have a note from my Dr before they would proceed. This information was based on my having surgery 3 years ago and it was their procedure to mitigate chances of infection. I was having my teeth cleaned. Had they listed this possibility in the pre appt paperwork or even on the website I could have saved them the time and my aggravation. I do not take antibiotics as a preventive measure. Clearly their are multiple schools of thought here but I am surely entitled to mine. As with the previous reviewer I do not feel like the operation is run very well and certainly gives me the vibe of impersonal and just another number. But thats just me ... Good luck.

I love this Dentist and his team they are very fast and friendly i got a tooth pulled today and I did not experience any pain he made sure i was ok the whole time he talked me through the procedure and it was over 10 min or less the medication wore off and i don’t feel any discomfort or pain I’ll definitely be returning for future work

I was a patient of Dr. Methvin’s that was transferred over to Dr. Memmott after the offices merged. I went in for a cleaning and mentioned a bubble on my gums that I’d notice. She took an x-Ray and asked another hygenist to take a look because she wasn’t sure if she saw anything wrong. Dr. Memmott didn’t even look in my mouth and he told me that I needed to have a root canal done on my tooth. I decided to get a second opinion on it and went to an endodontist. The endodontist actually looked in my mouth and did some tests on my teeth to find out that the tooth Dr. Memmott wanted to do a root canal on actually needed to be pulled because it was too far gone. I needed a root canal on the next tooth because the infection spread. The cost of the extraction, root canal, and crown from someone else was less than the cost that Dr. Memmott’s office wanted to charge me for just a root canal, not the crown.

I love the atmosphere of this office and the people are so friendly. I can’t wait until my next appointment.
