Absolutely the best & most thorough dentist I’ve ever been to. I have a beautiful set of dentures now that look totally natural. The cheap ones I had before looked horrible & made me self conscious. Now I find myself smiling all throughout the day...even with masks on! Lol

I like to go back on google to reread all the reviews I’ve left businesses and noticed that this place has gotten a fresh start with their google reviews!All their other reviews, including mine, are gone somehow.So I’m just here to replace the review I wrote a couple months ago!The dentist pulled an abscessed wisdom tooth and I got very sick.Barely even looked at me. Took half an X-ray. They even offered to pull the tooth right after my free consultation that same day. Which I couldn’t do, so I waited a week or two.I apparently had an abscess but, I wasn’t informed, or maybe he didn’t want to inform me in case I wanted to take my money and run.So I was surprised that I had any symptoms other than getting a tooth pulled.Swollen lymph nodes, fever, severe headache, shakes, sore throat, sinus infection.It felt like I was gonna die.I went back to them to get checked out since I was feeling sick. They said it was normal after getting an abscessed tooth pulled and acted like it wasn’t a big deal at all. They said they do it all the time!But is it normal to pull an abscessed tooth?After discussing my situation with some friends, they had told me their dentists refused to pull some of their teeth because they had an abscess and put them on antibiotics before hand and waited til the abscess receded.I, however, wasn’t even informed I had an abscess until after I got sick.My symptoms lasted for a month even after taking antibiotics.I mean, I’m okay now, so maybe it was just fine that he pulled it. But it really sucked that I had to go through that. Especially since I have two children to take care of.Anyways! Just wanted to make sure my review stayed put! I know how important their reviews are to them. They send you off with a little goody bag with a piece of paper in it reminding you to leave a review after they’ve dazzled you with how spa-like their place is.After my free consultation, I even left a 5 Star review too! But went back to change it after the initial work was done.

After reading Alyssa Specks ridiculous review, I felt the need to counter with some intelligent words that actually make since. You guys have always treated me with first class care. Keep up the great work. Your patients and your community appreciate you greatly.

Dr. Jack Stephens is the best. Ive been going to his office for about 27 years. Never had a better or more caring and gentle dentist than Dr. Jack. His staff is very professional and courteous, and Val (my hygienist) is one of the best! I would highly recommend them to anybody!!

Ive been a patient of DR Stephens since the late 90s, so I have had many visits in his office. I have never had ANY occasion to be dissatisfied with his care...his staff is always attentive and courteous, the office atmosphere is above reproach... Professional and caring...up to the minute technology attention to detail and provision of patient comfort...all there! My recent visit last week prompted me to write this review because my appt with Courtney was even more productive than usual. Courtney has been very helpful in suggesting different techniques and tools to help improve my checkups...this time she suggested a new small toothbrush, which she provided, and even provided a timer to help me judge the appropriate attention to the task...it works great! The smaller brush is just right for my smaller then average mouth and the timer is helping me be more deliberate with my time. Just had to give Courtney and Dr Stephens a big Thank You for going the extra mile!!
