Its a decent storage place and a good value the hours could be improved but nevertheless its a nice for the price.

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE UNIT! They were completely aware they had a rat problem, but never informed tenants. Insurance does not cover it, and their contract basically gives them No responsibility for anything. They change your access code without notification and if the ac goes out or the gate breaks, they take WEEKS to fix it. The owner is only their for profit.

I tried to rent from this place about a year or so ago , my mom and i tried to actually. But we kind of got the run around. And we was told no pets also like the other guy said , even though it Clearly States Pets are Welcome Online. Also when i drove through the Park to look around and Check things out , there was quite a few dogs , mostly small dogs. But Still pets are obviously welcome even though they say they are not , so either they are or they arent. Looks like they Pick and Choose Who Can have Pets and Who Cant , not right at all , if you pay a deposit whats the Problem

My wife and I are full time RVers and my daughter is now going to be while in college. I contacted this park about potentially being there for several months (maybe a year even). The lady I spoke with seemed to be in a rush, did not really want to give me information and just wanted to know about my RV and my situation and how I am going to pay rent etc.Anyway, after 5 - 7 minutes I was able to ask about there pet policy (the website says pets are welcome) and was informed they do not take ANY pets over 20lbs for any reason. That is not exactly what the website says. It says Pets Welcome.There are several other dicrepancies on the website also. She said there are limited sites due to construction all over the park but the website says it is quiet and peaceful all the time. How is it quiet and peaceful with construction everywhere?We have learned from traveling and staying in many parks that generally if the website is misleading or blatantly lies then the park is probably not a very good place to stay (or even downright intolerable). Good luck if you decide to risk it. Please leave a review on how your stay was if you do!

Horrible customer service, hard to get a hold of and poor communication about paying changes. Would no longer recommend.
