This was the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever been to. From buying the gift certificate to leaving the service , the whole experience was disappointing. When buying the gift certificate I was given rude remarks and was told I should be doing this online and they don’t normally do it in person ? Walking in to our appointment for a “Couples Massage”, we were not greeted by a “Hello” , “How are you” , “How can I help you” , but instead asked if we were siblings or cousins. This was uncomfortable right away but just got worse as the hour went on. The two massage therapists came in, didn’t introduce themselves or make us feel comfortable whatsoever, they were actually speaking to us like they had no clue what to say and they seemed extremely awkward. At this point , there was no feelings of relaxation. The massage itself was okay except the music turned off halfway through which left us in silence besides the sounds of the chairs and tables squeaking . Finally we were given chocolates that were from Christmas (as they were candy cane flavored) and then they decided to ask if we had signed client intake forms (which are supposed to be filled out before the service) . I would not return here , I would not recommend, and I wish I could get a refund.

Made 5:30 appointment for mother-daughter massage over a week ago. Rearranged work schedules, etc. Get call at 5pm that they are canceling. Person says I left a message at 1. Wouldnt matter- still a same day cancellation that i would have been charged for had I done this to them. It will be a month or more before I can make this happen again and it definitely wont be there. We are so disappointed. So disappointed.

Went to get a massage for myself and my maid of honor the day before my wedding. I made an appointment and showed up a little early but the door was locked, we called a few times and knocked to see what was going on and an older woman came out of a room and threw her hands up at us saying what do you want, she then opened the door and said what im with a client why are you knocking. We said we had an appointment and she acted like we were so rude and inconvienced her. She then told us to come in and sit down. We didnt sit down right away because we were looking for a confirmation email for the appointment and trying to figure out what we were doing and she screamed I told you to sit down. At that point we said alright theres no way we can relax now. So we left. How can you relax when the person who is about to do your massage acts like you should already know what she is thinking, says you are wrong, then starts screaming things for you to do and this is before we were able to sit down by the front door.. She was SO unprofessional and I would never recommend her. If they have anyone else then maybe it would be good, as long as she is no where near the building.

I loved this place! They switched to a new location and last time I went the rooms did not have dim lighting which makes you feel a bit more self conscious and unable to relax. So if they’re lighting has been changed then I would recommend 100%. All the massagers are amazing!

I have been going here for years and never have been disappointed. All the staff are always extremely professional and are very knowledgeable. If you are having gastrointestinal problems try the colonic. You wont be disappointed.

Fantastic! Had a massage with Emma and facial with Amy. Both were wonderful. Emma uses excellent pressure and has very smooth transitions. Amy gave an excellent facial and was extremely knowledgeable. Both were very respectful and sweet. The decor could use an update as it lacks any modernization, however, because of the excellent customer service from staff and the terrific accuracy of services provided, the decor is easy to overlook. Overall, I had an amazing experience and pricing is very reasonable and affordable. I will definitely be back!

I enjoy visiting A Unique Touch because the staff is amazing! They are welcoming and definitely make me feel comfortable. I always leave feeling so much better. Carissa is very knowledgeable and targets my trouble areas with no problem. This is probably my 5th time there and I could say this about every time I’ve been there.

We went for a couple massage after valentines day. Very relaxing and both masseuses were awesome. Price is great, and they included a glass of sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries to enjoy after the massage. Very professional massage therapists and receptionist.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WALKED OUT THEY CAN KEEP THE $30 consultion fee!They rushed me they skipped over my consultation for my FIRST ever colonic. I accidentally went to their OLD location (when I called the day off to confirm my appointment they did not mention a new location). I called to let them know I would be 15 minutes late. They replied “you can make here in five you need to hurry” my gps said it was 15 minutes to the new location.Once I get there the woman was very rude didn’t want my husband to even wait in the lobby she wanted him to leave the facility so she could lock the door to the establishment because it was just her there no receptionist! I told her I would feel more comfortable with him staying in the waiting room for me.She asked where we had come from we told her we drove an hour from St Pete she replied “everyone that comes from st Pete and clear water is always late.” My husband reminded her “we were on time we just went to your old location we didn’t know there was a new location.”She then hands me paper work and tells me “hurry”. I fill it out hands shaking from being rushed. She then takes me to the back and tells me to get undressed and to “hurry because we’re already running behind”. Through the door of the bathroom I ask “what about the consultation?” She said “because you were late we don’t have time for that.” I walked out of the bathroom straight out to the waiting room got my husband and left.She can keep the $30 consultation fee even though she wasn’t going to give me a consultation. I’ve never had a colonic and this IS NOT the place I would go to get one. NO BEDSIDE MANNER VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL!

Very nice workers, made me very comfortable in a situation i was not used to being in, Very professional.

I had a colonic scheduled last week and the lady cancelled my appointment on the same day because she was sick. I told her assistant who called me that I completely understood as I got sick from the holidays myself. On my follow up appointment, I showed up, filled out the paperwork, but decided not to stay because I didnt like the tone in which she was talking to me. Instead of asking me why I needed to leave, she got another attitude, and told me that she was going to bill me. I told her that I showed up for my appointment as I was standing right in front of her, but she said it didnt apply and that I still needed to pay $25 for a no show. I told her to bill me, and I walked out. When I got home, I received a nasty email about a No Show, and that my appointment time was reserved especially for me. When I left the facility, I had doubts that I might have overreacted, but given the nasty persona of this woman, this confirms that I did the right thing. It would have been nice for her to realize that she was being a hypocrite by cancelling my initial appointment on the same day but gave me a hard time by not staying for my appointment. I had a horrible year last year because I was taking diabetes and blood pressure medicine and was looking forward to a colonic session to get detoxed from these drugs. I was prepared to becoming a regular customer since now I am very concerned with getting my health back. Even though this womans actions confirmed that I did the right thing by leaving, it doesnt make me feel any better.

There was a relaxing tranquil atmosphere from the minute I waked in the door. The staff was full of smiles and enthusiasm. Emma was a true artist. After a 90min deep tissue massage I feel better than I have in years. 5 stars.

Kathy was great for colonics, perfect pressure on stomach to loosen fecal matter etc. I would highly recommend her if you want good results. I would recommend soft music and low lites and bit more time with a warm soak before hand. the light was too bright. I would definitely recommend

Incredible work at relieving chronic back, neck and shoulder pain. They quickly identify the cause and work very deeply to break it up, restore mobility and reduce pain. I strongly recommend the massages here.
