My mother received very good treatment here after a leg fracture, thanks a lot! One suggestion: when my mother went to follow up appointment at Suite 500, the door cannot be opened automatically, with me pushing her in wheelchair, it was impossible for me to open the door at the same time. Luckily another patient helped me to open the door. I saw 3 out of 4 patients in the waiting area in suite 500 were handicapped, so the door must be a problem for them as well. It would be helpful to install an automatic door in that suite....

My mom was in a car accident and was sent to the ER. The nurses were very nice, however, the black lady with glasses at the desk was extremely rude. Nobody wants to be at the hospital in the first place and for this lady to be rude on top of misfortune is unacceptable. Im sure SRHS can find a replacement! Someone who genuinely cares for the well being of patients and the concern of the family members.

My experience this time when my husband had his surgery was terrible. What happened to bed side Manners? The hospital know treats people like there not human its all about the money. Get them in and out as fast as possible. We had one wonderful nurse and she gets 5 stars.

The best hospital i have ever been to labor and delivery and tower 5 have been very good to me and my fiance and my new baby boy i reccomend coming to this hospital if u r having a baby very professional and all the drs and rns are great

My mother had to be emitted this morning. The service was friendly and the nurses were very professional and polite, on point with everything. Very nice rooms, clean and peaceful.

I would give no stars if I could. Horrible experience will not be going back.
