Very caring always ready to help you out with getting what you need even with insurance policy cant express my appreciation enough thats Dr kooistra.

She has been my Specialist for years. She is very up-front and not the one to make jokes. But my GOD she is one of the smartest in the game and i wouldnt trade her for nothing! If she dont know whats going on (which is rare) you better believe she WILL FIND OUT.

Good Doctor but my god you wait a MINIMUM of 2+ hours EVERY TIME. Make an appointment for 9:45 and you won’t be seen until noon. Absolutely ridiculous

This doctor does not value or respect your time. You have an early appointment sit in the waiting room hours. Get in room and wait hours. Why? After lunch when you leave!

She caught my brother’s Myasthenia Gravis, and treated it. He’s still living and doing well, as long as he takes his medication like he’s supposed to!!! She’s a great doctor, and she’s my doctor as well!!

Be prepared to wait!!!! Only myself in waiting room have been sitting here for over an hour.

I really LOVE this neurologist. She is very thorough and LISTENS. I have had other neurologists and I do not feel I got the same service from them as I do Dr. Kooistra.There are often long office visit wait times but she spends equivalent time with patients and some of the delay in her office response time is due to being delayed at the hospital doing her rounds. Im not sure if people that are waiting are aware of this. I had to ask.I would recommend this neurologist and warn that it is almost guaranteed you will have significant wait time periodically but I feel you will get great THOROUGH service. I love her!

Shed be a better pop artist, but I guess we just have to settle for her as a doctor. I heard she likes to cut it on the dance floor. Ask her to show you some moves the next time youre in for an appointment.

I stopped by to request a prescription for my wife that had expired. I got a text from Walmart on my 3 mile ride home that said the prescription was ready to be picked up. Thank you Carol and your staff...Walmart folks too.

Ive been her patient for 15+yrs & I could barely walk from FIBROMYALGIA! And spent days in cool dark bedroom suffering from MIGRAINE HEADACHES! SHE & HER STAFF TRULY CARE ABOUT EVERY PATIENT & THIER MEDICAL NEEDS!!! TODAY I CAN WALK & MIGRAINES ARE MANAGEABLE! She is a great person/doctor. She knows about my RSD and how to treat it. The Only one that listens about RSD. Which is important to me because thats my major Disorder. Long in her office but worth it

I did not get to see Dr. Kooistra- instead, the NP, who never introduced himself (I can only assume he was a NP). Was very rude. Said very VERY inappropriate things to me. Never again will I recommend this office to anyone! Not just the provider- the entire staff was rude and unprofessional. I work in the medical field and I left that office with my head spinning due to the way I had been talked to/treated. Never again!

Dr. Kooister is an AWESOME doctor!! Although theyre SLOW here, its nice to know that she knows her job. Shes VERY serious, hardly ever smile so dont expect a happy go lucky Dr....NOPE

Great ppl but they are extremely slow.... wait time is a minimum of 2.5 hrs.... my appointment was at 9:30 its 11:25 and I still aint seen the dr.

I thought he was a better doc than he turned out. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Dont make your appointment here on days you have other appointments. 2+ hour wait. Also, it took over a year for me to find out what my diagnosis is, and I found out because I finally received my 1st office visit summary, not because I was told by the dr.
