Had such a great experience! You can tell she really cares about her clients and is knowledgeable of the whole process! She changed my whole thoughts around waxing (I originally got one done somewhere else by someone else and it was painful). This was way different than anywhere else I’ve been I would recommend this to anyone looking for a Brazailian wax!

Kara is Very professional, clean, and somehow gentle though *effective* The ambiance is relaxing. As a huge bonus, For once I didn’t have ingrown hairs!!

I am a male and had a hard time finding a place to do a Brazilian, thankfully Kara’s Waxing room provided the service and it was prompt and professional. It was also my first time getting waxed and I would say that this was the best possible first waxing experience!

Im giving Kara 5 stars because she was accommodating before I even met her in person! About a month or so ago, my former waxer and I had a disagreement about her scheduling ethics, on the same day as my pre-scheduled appointment. I needed to be waxed that specific day at the lastest, so I called around to see if anyone accepted walk-ins since my appointment didnt happen. No one accepted walk-ins either because of Covid, or because of needing an appointment made in advance. Karas Waxing Room was one of the places I called. She didnt initially answer, but she called me back. That totally shocked me because I didnt leave a message. I told her about me having to be waxed that exact same day (it was like 7:45 p.m. at this point), and she said that her 8p.m. had cancelled, so I could take that slot. I notified her that I was by Grosse Pointe, and that I would not be able to make it there on time. She said she would wait for me to get there, although she closed at 8:30. That alone won me over with Kara!

Kara was very kind and professional, and took me last minute, she explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable. I definitely recommend her services 👌

Wonderful experience!!! My first time ever having something else waxed other than my eyebrows. I was absolutely terrified but Kara was patient with me and talked me through the whole process. I had my underarms and whole lower body down to my feet done. Highly recommended Kara! Very professional and sweet. Will return again! Thank you again for such a wonderful job and experience! Kara is the absolute BEST‼️ She was on time, professional, and “thorough” from the consultation to the end of the service. The suite is very clean and comfortable. She has a way of opening up conversation to ease any nervousness in addition to providing quality information and answering questions throughout the session. She’s also very knowledgeable of her products. I must say that the thing that stood out the most for me was the fact that she told me what steps l need to take based on my skin, she’s not just doing services for the money, she’s actually providing each customer with the service custom to their situation. She also provides detailed aftercare instructions and told me to text/call if l had any other questions or concerns...with that being said YES I already booked my next appointment because there’s no need to go elsewhere‼️
