My family has gone to this urgent care a few times and it was fine until yesterday. My son went in and his ears hurt to the touch suggesting an ear infection. The doctor at urgent care said his ears were fine and that there was nothing wrong. We followed up with his pediatrician the next day who shared he indeed had an ear infection in both ears. Needless to say we wont be returning and were extremely upset.

When I say this urgent care was by far the most caring facility I’ve ever been too that’s still a understatement the music themed waiting area for MAX comfortability and the amazing amazing staff I was helped by Amy & Chris and boy was I lucky to have such great healthcare humans Thank You again and until next time hopefully not too soon tho😂😀♥️!

Came in for a pretty significant burn and was in pain and annoyed with myself. The women that treated me were all so compassionate and helpful and I felt I received quick and excellent care.

They wanted me to come in for a second time to give me a prescription for medicine they already knew I needed. This is absolutely ridiculous. After using the restroom at my first visit, I decided not to return. The restroom was flithy, there was no tissue or paper towel. If I wasnt feeling so bad I would have left immediately.

Best urgent care Ive visited. Everyone was so friendly and they were super quick.

I checked in at 1245. They ignored me for over an hour and took everyone else ahead of me until I told them I was going to leave because people that came in an hour after me were seen before me. Their excuse was that they were trying to rush covid testing through but they were doing it at they were doing it at the expense of making another patient wait more than an hour and a half. All in total I was finally seen at 220pm. the girl could not get my blood pressure correct, I always run high but instead or rechecking it she claimed that I was running extremely low today. After all of that the doctor came in and was just trying to push a covid test on me so that they could bill more to my insurance, they didnt give me any medication or conduct any tests. It was absolute waste of time. I still feel terrible and I am going to a different location for treatment asap. If you have any other option dont go to this place it was a terrible experience.

This urgent is absolutely amazing. Everyone there is so caring and genuine. The front desk girls greeted me so kindly and were truly concerned for the issues I presented. Lobby was super clean too and they even have something in there called a virus killer to prevent us from any further exposure to COVID. The MAs and doctors were also super sweet. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Super professional place and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking medical care.

Friendly staff. Good hours, open 8am to 10pm. Nurses are gentle with the covid tests :) wait times for test results are inconsistent. They tell you 20 mins and its usually double or more. Best to under promise and over deliver!Price is decent.

I will never visit this facility again. Dr did not check my vitals or anything, he just directed me to the ER(said I could be having a heart attack). No treatment or care was given. I felt like he was more concerned with closing than providing care. Payed a copay just to get somewhere to pay a higher copay. Skipping Southfield City Urgent Care and going straight to the hospital for now on.

Absolutely horrible!! My husband took my daughter a few months back to get a COVID test and even when he offered to pay cash because they said insurance wouldn’t cover they still refused to do it. Fast forward to today her sister whose almost 30yrs of age takes her today and gives her insurance information and again she’s refused service because they said a parent needs to be with her. They told the receptionist I and my husband were out of town and told her she had to wait until I came back. This place is a joke!!

Way to go Southfield City Urgent Care!!!! Got there at 8:34 on a Tuesday evening because I was having a bad allergic reaction(face and lips swollen and difficulty breathing) and was told sorry we stop taking patients at 8:30. I missed it by 4 minutes!!!!!! But forget the fact that I cant breath!!!! Smh!!!

They are usually great when you need a quick check up. However this time I went and had to call around 3 times to have the same prescription faxed over and over to my pharmacy. I also got a Covid test about 2 days ago and have been calling to confirm and pick up my results. I have been calling since yesterday during their OPEN times and received no answer. It rings until I am sent to a voicemail that I can’t even leave a message on. I have filled out their contact form online. It is very disappointing not to be able to access my results and unprofessional behavior.

This was my second visit for a Covid test. I’ve had a rapid test and two that take 24-36 hours for results. I was very satisfied with how nice and helpful all of the staff were. I would suggest getting there early for the shortest wait. On both visits I was in and out in about 45 minutes. The cost was only $100 per test which I think is affordable compared to $400 at other facilities nearby

I was feeling so sick and so bad. They were so caring and understanding. I really appreciate the excellent and caring service I received. You guys are the best. Wish I could give you 10 stars 🌟

I I never write reviews. But I had two today. I called to get information about the Covid test. I have my questions answered directly and clearly. I went to the facility and get my test. But what really got me was they were very professional I like the precautions that they took. I like that the office had this virus sterilizer in there. And everybody was polite professional nice explained everything to me . I was comfortable and I didn’t feel like I might catch the Covid by being there. The test wasn’t painful at all. They had me to blow my nose as if I was to clean it and then a swab. They didn’t have to go up into my brain to get a swab. So it was a very comfortable experience

I was there on 10/27/20 around 6 pm. From the call in, arriving and to the end of the rapid covid test, the workers were very kind and helpful. They were very BUSY and still had a smile on their faces. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

I showed up at the clinic early one afternoon and did not have to wait very long at all to take the covid test. I paid for the rapid covid test because I needed to know my results as soon as possible. All went well as far as the testing goes but I needed extra documentation to turn into my health care provider for reimbursement and thats where I had problems. It took at least four days before I was able to retrieve the documentation I needed. This was very frustrating.

Everyone from the woman at the front desk to the caregiver were so helpful and answered all of the Covid-19 questions I had before getting tested

The Days physician was rude they were no help at all. I wouldn’t dare come back here.

Staff is always friendly and caring. Wait time is always short. I’ve seen a few different doctors there and they all have listened and showed concern. Nurses and window staff have been awesome also.

Showed up for Covid testing & was told to wait an hour. Over an hour passes by, I call and ask for an update or an approx time I’d have to wait & a man started raising his voice and said, “the longer i’m on the phone with you the longer it’ll take.” I understand that but he could’ve told me I have about 10 more people on my list or something!! Then he hung up the phone on my face. RUDE!!!! Don’t come here

My family and I LOVE Southfield City Urgent Care. The entire staff are friendly and caring. The medical staff treats you with respect. They get you in & out, all while providing optimal medical treatment. Everyone very nice even the Dr this time last time I came he was not pleasant. Gave me a breathing treatment last night but I feel like they could have given me a dose of antibiotics also. Would really help. If youre reading this it was my son and I who came last night

Super nice receptionist and smart personable physician assistant (Sheba), hardly any wait time on a Sunday afternoon. Very efficient and professional in handling info and insurance. My first time here but my family have been going for some years with good results. I recommend it so far.

Waited 3 hours for COVID testing for my boys who are asymptomatic but needed testing for school. This was explained both on the phone and on arrival at the office. They assured me that Medicaid would cover the send-out test. After waiting 3 hours in my car, having vitals taken, the PA came out and said that since the boys were asymptomatic, there was a $100 charge per test. I walked back into the office and the office staff, who had not been privy to the conversation, stood by the fact that insurance would cover the tests ... until the PA and office manager came in at which point she hid her face in the file cabinet. The office manager still insisted she would have to charge me $100 for the test even though my boys are covered by Medicaid.I left and went to Berkley Urgent Care. They told me they could absolutely bill my insurance, and they would bill ACA for any charges not covered.Best case scenario, SUC is trying to make a quick buck. Worst case they are bigots.

Was there just under an hour everyone was very nice Doctor helped me seemed like he cared. Would go back definitely. Had start of congestion gave me breathing treatment and some pills. Good to go 👍🏽

I was referred to Henry Ford Optim Eyes by urgent care. I had an issue with hand sanitizer getting into my eye. I went into the office as a walk-in. I was assisted by Shaliathia. She was very understanding of my situation. She recognized how important it was for me to be seen by a doctor right away. She consulted with the doctors and they agreement with her findings. She was so pleasant and patient with me. I have worked in customer service and the treatment I received was excellant. She went above and beyond. This was was first visit and based on the service I received from her, the doctor and other staff members, if the need arises, this will not be my last visit. The doctor was also very understanding and informative. It was a very friendly and welcoming atomsphere, especially during these days of the virus. I have already shared with people I know about this office and my experience.

Service was really good and amazing doctor as well only thing he didn’t give me medicine for every thing I came in for or even acknowledge it. Other then that very nice staff and very clean.

There was a nurse by the name of Marie. She seemed to have total knowledge of the health care environment. She asked me all the right questions, made me feel extremely comfortable, assisted others who were helping me, and I was just glad to have her there! What a blessing!I’m yet concerned that the right diagnosis has been made, but i’m Trusting Southfield City Urgent Care. Still not feeling well. It’s been 3 weeks.

Came for COVID test. Waited well over 40 mins in the car to receive paperwork to even get in line. They wouldn’t give paper work because people supposedly have been forging documents. When it was time for my paper work, I paid $100, they kept my ID telling me they would bring it out to my car and to get in line for testing. After waiting even more time, I was in jeopardy of missing another commitment so I asked for my ID back because they were moving so slow I was going to have to come back. However, she refused my ID without giving back my paper work - this means they felt I was going to forge paper work. I let it be go went back to my car and found out my prior commitment time changed so I would not have to leave. I went back inside for my paperwork again, as I was standing there I observed a white woman get her paper work, the workers input her info, give her card and ID back and told her to get in the testing line all at once no back and forth - THE SAME THING I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT DO. After I became upset and demanded my paper work without them holding my ID, they finally gave me my paperwork and let me be like the white woman in front of me. Some will say oh don’t assume. But it is apparent they were discriminating against me. So black people heads up if you come here - they believe we are the only ones that’s going to forge paperwork apparently smh.

Went in for a “small” toe infection. The doctor saw me quickly and I realized it was a two day process (no delays on their side). Just have to give antibiotics some time to work before the area is numbed, lanced, drained and cleaned. Notes to prevent this happening oil your cuticles and don’t wait to come to the doctor!!

Great service from the time I walk threw the door very very clean and there covid-19 precaution deserve a A+ Plus

I love the fact that I was in and out. This was my first time ever using an urgent care facility so I didn’t really know what to expect. The ladies at the desk were very nice and Dr Bazzi was great.

The doctor was great and helpful. Now the nurse assistant or whatever she is literally had me in there for almost two hours. I had to go to the next room where I heard her and another assistant in there laughing extremely loud. Not doing their job. I had to literally knock two different times to ask her what was going on. After her telling for the third time she is coming and didn’t I just had to walk out.

The front desk staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. She began talking in her native tongue to another staff member. The PA nice but did not examine me, every situation is not viral and needs to run its course.

The ladies at the front desk were friendly. It didnt long to get called to the back. Once in the back, the ladies were great. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My first visit to a Urgent Care facility receptionist and staff were very pleasant.Dr. A. H was very knowledgeable and new exactly what to do for my particular situation and he had me return for follow up to make sure the trearment was working properly.if needed I would return.

Dr. Sahi Do needs to be fired. First doctor I ever met who basically refused to help me because he “didn’t know what to do” and kept getting an attitude because he was confused on what was wrong with me. If you’re a doctor, isn’t your job to figure out the problem and find a solution? Smh. Reported him to management.

Had an issue and that did require stitches. Was able to attend to me in a timely manner and with professionalism. If I have any further issues I would consult them before I even consider going to a hospital.

Went to Southfield City Urgent Care with my guy, he believed he had torn his achilles tendon. Everyone was great! The Physician he saw had excellent bedside manner and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The office was clean and quiet. The staff was outstanding. They were very cordial, respectful, and patient.

I got to the office about an hour or so before closing. The receptionist greeted me with a smile. Got all my information and built a rapport with me by talking about everyday concerns. I waited maybe 10 minutes. Got into triage and the triage nurse laughed and talked while doing my medical questions. It took the doctor a little longer to get to me, be he was very pleasant and adressesd my health issue. Overall my experience was awesome. This is the location I usually go to when I decide to breakdown and go to an urgent care facility. Thanks for a job well done.

I have gone to this urgent care a number of times, and I have experienced the care and professionalism decline over the last year. I brought my 81 year old mom in at 9:20pm (the hours state that they are open till 10). There was one other person in the lobby and they told me that the doctor wasn’t seeing anymore patients. I asked the receptionist if she could talk to the Doctor and make an exception. She asked the doctor and he refused to see her despite that they didn’t close for 40 more minutes.

Went there with a relative to get tested because we were exposed to someone who had it, they mixed up the results. If you have many people inside the car make sure they label the specimen before they walk away. I will be getting antibody test to confirm the mixup. Per my doctors orders.

I went to the Southfield City Urgent Care with severe flu symptoms, was tested and prescribed the medication that I truly needed. I was treated with care, professionalism and efficiency. I went there because my family and friends who had been there highly recommended it. I am so happy I did!! It is a comfort to know they are so close by!

Great to see places like this actually have professional and friendly staff. Doctor Danny was great; quick to understand my issues and provided relief. If you go here, Id recommend asking if he can treat you.

I went in for blood work and was poked three(3) times...one in each arm and then finally in my hand for No one to be able to find a vein and draw blood!!! I’m sitting in my car with band-aids on and nothing that I asked for done. Very unprofessional, conversation with patients was being held while the room door was open! I’m now being charged for my time being wasted! Send the Medical Assistants and Doctors back to school!! I will never return HORRIBLE HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE

I went to this urgent care last night (8/18). I was seen by doctor and told will send prescription to a 24 hour CVS pharmacy. When I arrived to pick up, pharmacist said there was no prescription sent. I couldn’t call the Southfield Urgent Care because they closed as I was leaving out. Had to go another night sick with no medication. This was my first experience there - and it was a terrible one.

The staff is very nice but the wait time in the front and back is very long

I really love this Urgent Care. I never have to wait more than 10/15 minutes. Dr. Hammoud is really cool and down to earth. I never have any issues with my scripts. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because the newer nurses lack personality and seem a little wet behind the ears. I was just use to the regulars.

Every time I come to this location the service is fast the staff is kind the doctors are great and the place is real clean

Cold winter day. I was very sick and they took really good care of me. Dr V (dont know the full name of doc) was great. He helped me and my daughter, explained everything. I live close to this clinic and will return if needed. Highly recommend this place and the doctor.

Doctor B, Diana Diana and Raven were so kind to my Daughter Niece and Nephew they were Thorough With what they had to do to try to get them all to feel better and They were all really funny they did an amazing job and I would recommend anyone to go and visit them.

They have only one doctor on staff for it to be the first Monday of the year. This is absolutely ridiculous. Urgent care is not Urgent by any means. Been here for way too long. This will definitely be the last time that I come to this place. I will go further out to give my copay and get better service than going closer to the house!

Fast and super nice staff

Very unprofessional and lack of communication between staff, manager, and the physicians. Instead of letting you improve on things they say are a problem they will fire you and hire individuals with less knowledge so they can pay them less then what they deserve. No staff members are certified medical assistants, you receive no breaks, barely time to use the bathroom without physicians yelling at you. They have no sympathy for their staff members when faced with obstacles that interfere with their job attendance or performance.

I went in on a Friday at 2:30pm and was done and out before 3:10pm. Everyone was so nice and pleasant

Great! The fastest Urgent Care ever! In and out within half and hour, I couldnt believe it. And the girls that work there made me laugh, too. I was really surprised. I live in Livonia now, but, think next time will have to make extra drive.

Terrible! Receptionists and nurse were very nice! Middle eastern doc was very rude and short. He didnt even explain my diagnosis or what he was about to do to me. Very very unprofessional. I dont know he name because he never told me or introduced himself to me. I will not be back!!!!

I had such a nice experience on such an awful day. I have *terrible* doctor anxiety, which means any problem has to be severe to seek help from one. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, I was treated with dignity and care. The doctor was very kind, patient, and professional. He removed his coat for me. *Everyone* was accommodating to my anxiety. Nurses were exceptionally sweet. The receptionist was upfront about costs, wait time, and polite. ❤️

Fast service providers, fantastic staff and really nice doctor.

I took my children here today, they both complained about sore throats. When we walked in the receptionist told me our insurance was not active. I quickly contacted the insurance company and found out she was incorrect. I should have left then. I told her the coverage was active, she checked again and suddenly she could see the coverage was active. We finally had a chance to see the doctor, but he barely looked at them. He said they were both perfectly fine. This visit was a complete waste of time. After this appointment I contacted our regular doctor to find out if they could squeeze us in, which they did. My son was very sick and needed medication. Thank God for real doctors because this guy is going to send someone to their grave.
