I had a new patient appointment 8/5/2021 and I was beyond impressed. Very nice and clean office. Wait time was non existent to be honest! I was seen by Dr. Ross Brothers and he was amazing. He was very genuine about my current eczema flare up, he instantly gave me suggestions as well as a solution for my flare up with no hesitation. All of the office staff was pleasant. Mackenzie was also delightful! Im so happy to have found my new dermatologist!

I was pleased that the staff and especially Dr. Levin were very concerned about my condition and want me to improve. She took pictures so that we both can see if theres improvement. I highly recommend Dr. Levin. She knows her stuff and cares about her patients.

As a new patient, Dr. Julia listened to each of my concerns and addressed them one by one with possible solutions. From reception to checkout, service was exceptional.

Waited only a few minutes to be put in a room. Dr. Came in quickly, explained findings clearly and was reassuring.Would have liked to get a printed page with diagnosis and instructions.

As an existing patient, I was able to get in quickly with my issue. They were on time with my appointment, and resolved my medical problem in the office. Dr. Brothers and his staff are kind, courteous and very professional.

I had an especially positive interaction with Marie upon checkout as she went out of her way to give detailed information about an upcoming visit including procedure codes so I could investigate with my insurance company. Ellen has been there 10 years and I always seek her out as she gets things done for me. She is also very upbeat and a pleasure to engage in conversation. The office is clean, organized and timely! Dr. Brothers took the time to discuss a variety of skin issues I was having.I have been a patient for approximately one year. I had huge pimple and hyperpigmentation all over my face.My skin isn’t perfect but it’s 85-90% clearer than when I started.I am very happy with the service from the reception to check out!

This is my second time in the office. Dr. Ross Brothers is amazing. He recommended treatments for my eczema in the first five minutes I was sitting with him that no other doctor has ever suggested. The staff is so friendly they take their time with you. They are taking all Covid precautions. It is such a great experience being in their office.

I went there yesterday and Dr. Brothers was great. I went to a dermatologist only a month or two ago and wasn’t happy with their solutions to my problems. He prescribed me two products that they make there for my oil and acne. Totally different ingredients than all of the things I’ve tried and failed before so I’m excited to see how they work.

Ive had skin cancer for 20 years and Dr. Levine is THE best dermatologist Ive worked with Shes knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. I can always get an appointment to be seen when I have skin cancer pop up and she proactively checks my skin twice a year. She uses technology to stay up to date with best practices. A relative had an appointment with this practice, I called to confirm as I was sent an email. Upon calling to confirm I was informed regarding HIPPA rules etc. This is appropriate & fine. However, I was only confirming NOT asking for info I already know. I felt I was treated rudely during my brief phone call. Perhaps the staff is unaware of the extreme importance of treating extended family kindly and respectfully. My impression of this office staff & Dr. is just as important as a Dr/patient relationship. This office staff needs to work on patient & extended family encounters, even if there is ONLY ONE mention of dissatisfaction among other positive reviews. Remember, all it takes is even just one not so stellar review. Being aware of and reviewing staff encounters with the patients family should never be ignored, there would otherwise be no improvement in staff procedures. Once this post was seen by the office mgr. The situation was resolved.

I have been to this office several times and have always been greeted nicely by the front desk staff and promptly brought back for my appointments. I generally schedule in advance, but today needed an urgent visit. I called in the morning and the receptionist was very accommodating. I was given an appointment with Dr. Brothers who was friendly, competent and reassuring.I can rest this weekend knowing my issue has been thoroughly resolved. Dr. Brothers is one of the most caring doctors I have ever experienced. I started seeing him 2 years ago and he has gone above and beyond any other dermatologists I have seen to truly help get to the bottom of my issues. Additionally, my mom has been struggling with chronic, debilitating pain and after countless vials of blood and negative test results, was dismissed by multiple doctors and specialists throughout the state. When she developed a strange rash which seemed to make the pain worse, I suggested she visit Dr. Brothers. Sure enough, he asked her questions no other doctor had asked, did a biopsy which lead him to request additional blood work, and gave her a life changing diagnosis. She is now on the path to healing with the right medication for her condition and her pain is finally under control for the first time in almost a decade. To say he is a fantastic doctor is an understatement! He truly cares for his patients!

Ive been seeing Dr. Levin since she started with the practice 16 years ago. She is very knowledgeable and so kind and patient. Over the years, she has helped me with skin fold rashes, acne, and annual skin checks. I also went to Covet Med Spa for laser hair removal. They did a great job! No more shaving. :) I highly recommend Dr. Levin and her practice for any type of derm issues for people of any age.

I needed an immediate same day appointment. I looked online and found Northwest Dermatology Group. They were able to fit me in w/in 25 minutes of my call. The wait time was minimal. The staff was welcoming and kind. The environment was clean and friendly. I was seen by Dr. Brothers, who made me feel very at ease. It was nice to have a Dr. that could relate to my condition and let me know what I would need to remedy it. I am an immensely picky person. The desk staff is so kind and helpful, the text reminders keep me organized and timely and I even love the yoga vibe of the music in the waiting room. Emily Levin is the PERFECT dermatologist!! She is warm, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I will always send all of my friends and family to her practice. In addition to regular dermatology care, I love the cosmetic work she does as well. Finally, one of the most important parts of going to the doctor is finding a place where the staff makes you feel comfortable. I love walking in to see the smiling faces of Lynda and Ellen! All of the medical assistants are fantastic but Maria and Tiffany are especially sweet! So professional and kind. They remember personal stories after weeks go by. Unlike most doctors’ offices, I actually look forward to going to Dr. Levin’s office!!!

Cannot say enough great things about this office. Everyone truly cares about giving you a great experience and they even got me in before my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Brothers explained everything in detail and the nurse was extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend this office.

Its a sad day for me to write this review. Dr. Levin is by far the best dermatologist I have ever met and have user her services for over 10 years. The two star rating is due to lack of business sense from the customer perspective. I have tried to get an appointment for services at Covet for over 3 months and not able to fit into their schedule. There is only 1 person handling all that portion of the business. When I tried to have a constructive conversation about it I could not get past the front desk staff. Appointments get cancelled last minute, staff schedule does not permit appointments after 3pm, Saturday appointments are 2 days a month and not published in advance. Most women I know work during the day. Why would hours of operation not include the portion of clientswho cant leave work in the middle of the day! My comments do not apply to practice side, only Covet.Maybe I should ask for my money back?
