The doctors were fine, however the billing department is reckless and careless. I sent my payment to them via mail and they sent it back saying they cant process the payment using THE FORM THEY PROVIDED, because they now require 3-digit code. Btw this is for a bill < $100. That very weekend, after ATTEMPTING TO PAY MY BILL, Ive gotten calls and letters from creditors. They sent my info to CREDITORS, for

My appointment was at 9:15 and I arrived @ 9 am and it’s 10:15 and still haven’t got seen as I’m watching many people exit out from seeing the doctor. And the older receptionist is very rude and I asked her how much longer she responds by saying well what do you want me to do, it’s many more people here for something more important than you like if me not hearing out my right ear with plenty of pain isn’t urgent! I’m so disappointed with this place !!

I had an appointment at 10:45 am on April 2, 2021.I completed my paperwork online and I arrived 15 minutes early.I patiently waited in the lobby, 10:55 a mother with her two small children was seated in the lobby.At 11:00 a.m. I was escorted to a room and the young lady and her children were escorted to the room next to me.At 11:30, I’m asking where is the doctor because it’s 45 minutes past my appointment time.Dr. Weingarten goes into the room to service the young lady who came after me.I never saw Dr. Weingarten after waiting almost an hour. The staff came in to provide an update about the tardiness.It wasn’t a pleasant experience at for me.The office was very clean.Update:I received a call from the practice manager with a sincere apology. I am upgrading my initial review from a 1 star to a 3 star due to the follow through with my initial unpleasant experience.Currently, we are scheduling a new appointment.I appreciated the phone call.

I have had an appt today at 4pm. After watching several people infront of me leave and listening to the other patients that had been waiting an hour, I decided to go back to the front desk. My son was in for a simple post-op appt, yet I had been waiting an hour. There was no one at the front desk, the 6 staff members at the checkout station avoided eye contact with me for 5mins, so I called. After being placed on hold I FINALLY spoke to someone that was rude and surprised I was angry and calling. I said Id been waiting an hour and the staff should schedule better, or stay on time, or simply communicate with the people waiting in the waiting room! She put me on hold!! That says everything!! I left without my Son being seen and no one bothered to even call me after patients were gone. 100% unprofessional!!

They are very caring and concerned with your well-being. Appointments are very convenient. There is never a long wait like some places.

Waited one hour with an appointment for the doctor to see me for two minutes. Front desk staff was not polite.

Dr. Weingarten was a total pro, and I will most certainly come back, should the need arise.

So, yes I know you shouldn’t stick things in your ear, but I did and it got stuck. I needed to see a doctor as soon as possible, because it started hurting and was getting worse. I checked around to several ENT offices, but they could not get me in for over a week. I finally called Dr. Standrings office and Tina was amazing. She worked with urgency to get me an appointment. Not only did she get me an appointment, I told her I was flying out the next day and she went over and beyond to get me in immediately. Dr. Standring was wonderful as well. He didn’t make me feel bad for getting something stuck in my ear. He was quick, patient, friendly and professional. I really appreciated their service. The office was nice, clean and took every precaution due to COVID. They were fantastic and I greatly appreciated their help.

I had the balloon dilation procedure on my sinuses and eustachian tubes in January by Dr. Standring. The FIRST day my headaches were gone after suffering for years. And within three days I had immediate sinus pressure relief!!!! I could not be happier. I had sinus headaches almost every day for years, and at least 10+ miserable middle ear infections and sinus infections per year. It has been 2 months since the surgery and I still feel amazing. I wish I had heard about it sooner. The procedure was simple and done in office, and all of the staff were were friendly, informative and professional with helping me make this choice. Recovery was easy, only about 2 days of minor inconveniences but mostly was able to go about my day as usual. I have had many ENTs in the past try to figure out a solution and most told me I just had to deal with these issues but Dr. Standring was the first to listen and offer an actual solution. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new ENT!!

Came in with vertigo symptoms. The doctor spent very little time with me, did a very brief check snd pronounced that I had a condition, which subsequent visits to other doctors, proved to be completely wrong. In another appointment with another provider there were, 1) a thorough history taken of my problem,2)a more extensive examination of my ears , nose , throat,3). BP levels taken at 3 different elevation levels, and 4) a discussion of possible remedies and other possible tests. None of these were done. I wont be seeing these folks again.

I made an appointment for my son. The office got us in right away. We were seen in a reasonable amount of time the office was clean staff friendly and the Doctor knew what was going on and treated my son in a timely friendly manner. I will recommend this office to friends and family. Thank you 😊

They make sure they collect the copay at the door, and do not value your time. I was called back 40 minutes after my appointment time to only be redirected to have a hearing test. If I would’ve been 40 minutes late for my appointment I would’ve been told to go to hell and probably pay a fee for missing. So why is the same courtesy not shown to patients? They don’t care. The dr himself was wonderful if you can get past the pit bull at the front desk.

My appointment time was at 3:45 and it’s 4:21 and I still have not been seen by a doctor. I think that it’s very rude and inconsiderate to the patient to have to wait 30 minutes or more to see the doctor. They make sure to get your money before you see the doctor, then that way you are more likely to stay. I will not be returning to this place

I went to see Dr. Weingarten last Friday and again this past Tuesday. He is great! He was very professional, informative, and personable. The staff was extremely efficient and friendly. I will definitely refer him to others.

One of the greatest feelings in the world is feeling better once youve seen the Doctor. Dr. Weingarten was so professional. The Dr. came in the room with a cheerful greeting, he explained everything he was about to do in advance, he took the largest ugliest wax monster from my ear without a flinch. He told me all the things that were best for me but not in a rehearsed tone but in a way that seemed designed especially for me. I am 51 years old and so I have seen plenty of Doctors, I place Dr. Weingarten in my top 5, your professionalism and kind spirited manner has been registered with my memories, you indeed made my day. Went here for a second opinion for my 3 year old, she was having pain her ear from a large ball of wax that had her tube stuck in it . Dr. Weingarten was more than amazing and patient with her. He was easily able to remove the wax that her Dr from another facility refused to even attempt because she was scared. My daughter walked out of the office with her stickers and huge smile on her face saying, mommy, my ear feels so much better!.

This doctor literally saved my day today!!!! I woke up this morning with no hearing in my right ear, I immediately searched for the nearest ENT because of my urgent situation. I found Dr. Weingarten, and his staff was very cooperative and found a spot for me in the schedule same day. I went in, and within ten minutes I was in and out with my hearing better than I’ve had in YEARS. One quick clean and I found myself able to hear my own voice and my surroundings like I haven’t in a very long time. This doctor is incredibly knowledgeable and down to earth while providing a very professional and overall very helpful and informative experience. I take both my boys to see dr weingarten, he is an amazing doctor he did my oldest sons tubes and now were seeing him currently for his nose. He spends time with you and makes sure you understand everything! Great office and doctor!

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Weingarten since she was only 7 days old. First for a frenulectomy, & eventually for tubes in her ears. He has always been very informative and patient when explaining a procedure, making my husband and myself feel at ease. 3 years later, she loves going to visit! Weve seen Dr.s Dickson, Stone & Standring as well, and theyve all been wonderful.

This doctor barely even touched me and said nothing was wrong and told me I grind my teeth at night and told me to go buy a mouth guard and now my right side of my neck is as big as a golf ball and I video recorded myself sleep for 3 days and saw that I dont even grind my teeth. I am black so I think he was just being racist. Horrible doctor.
