I can’t help but wonder if this clinic likes to hide somehow their bad reviews because on my second attempt to see a doctor I had chosen to be my primary care provider at this clinic almost every single patient in the waiting room was mentioning that every single time they come here they have to wait about two hours past their appointment to be seen. I spoke to the doctor in question an hour and a half later than my appointment time and she proceeded to state that in order for her to properly evaluate a patient she had to take a long time with them. I agreed and said that is an excellent job but, recommended that she should probably take less appointment slots in the day so she can properly care for ALL her patients. While I do believe the doctor’s heart is in the right place clearly they are failing in the appointment scheduling area and therefore I had to made the decision to not make this doctor my primary care provider. So, with this review I’m not trying to tell you to not be seen at the clinic but that know that you will probably be seen two hours later than your appointment time for excellent care. If that sounds good to you then go right ahead.

Staff is very friendly and wait time here varies tremendously, sometimes you are waiting 4 hours, other times less than an hr. Reccomendation: get a very very early appt 7:30 am or the latest appt they have available so that way you aren’t waiting long because everyone wants to leave haha. I didn’t have the Jackson card for some time and was told a doctor’s visit is only $70 for every patient even without insurance so something great to note! Parking is a bit of a hassle as well that’s why arriving early is your best bet to find parking and leave within an hour or your appt. Arrive 30 mins before your scheduled appt. Lab clinic is quick and you are even able to do it the same day so don’t eat before your appt if you would like to have blood work done. If you have the Jackson card, depending on your plan, you will ONLY pay the copay for the blood work and can have the doctor’s visit included in that price. In my opinion, getting blood work and visiting the doctor the same day is a great way to Save a few bucks and save time as well because you won’t have to come back again

I feel like there is a type of environment formed in this facility where they dont care about there patients , the nurses project a lot of there frustration with there patient . This is not the first time , its been multiple times we have called the agency to complain . Today a Nurse by the Gina Estrada mistreated my mom , making her wait almost two hours from her original appointment time , she will skip from see my mom and treated other walk in patients . She was not fair and I got the sense that we were being discriminated, just for being non white hispanic . Also as soon as she started to withdraw blood from my mom , she mishandled her and after letting her know that her arm was hurting , she literally look at us and ignore us . Said nothing but kept mistreating , to be honest we did not raise our voice because it seemed that if we did any type of complaint she will do everything to just mistreated us . I will really re consider coming to this place if is either for you or a family member . No know should never feel this type of way when seeking health advice .

Ive been trying to co tact the center the whole morning, and option 1 to schedule an appointment is sooo bad, is not going thru and Ive been selecting every department and nobody is answering the phone worst place I have ever called, I cant even imagine how bad the service will be

I want to start off by saying that Dr. Robaina is probably one of the kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He has tremendous bedside manner and always has the best interest of his patients at heart. Yes the parking is quite difficult here so if you’re on time or early parking shouldn’t be an issue. There is also parking on the street if you can’t find any on the lot. At times, there have been extended wait times but understandable if they have several doctors or if an emergency with a patient arises. I do believe that front desk should advise patients if the doctor is running behind etc to ease tensions. There have been times were the system is down and in those instances they try to rise to the occasion as much as humanly possible. As someone who has worked in the medical field I understand that not every experience is a pleasant one but learning to adapt and accommodate is something we all should learn to do. If you’re looking for a great OB Dr. Robaina and his staff are the best.

My wife has been seeing Dr. Robaina for about 9 months. He is the best doctor she has ever dealt with. He and the staff are always genuinely kind and courteous. The clinic can be busy at times, but it is always worth the wait to be treated like a human.

Good customer service

Dr. Segundo is the best primary care physician I’ve been to in Miami. The nurses there were friendly and courteous. I would recommend this health center. 👍

The staff is always very friendly, Dr. Robaina is absolutely amazing and so is Nurse Farah. Waiting time can be a bit long at times but thats in all hospitals and clinics, never been to a medical center where the wait isnt long. The woman who does your blood work is very gentle and quick as well. Overall an awesome clinic.

I hate this clinic and Jackson Health system entirely. I always have an issue . Even more now with insurance than I ever did when I had Jackson Prime.

I only leave 1 star because I cant leave a zero.. I will start by saying that Dr Robaina and his staff shouldnt be even in the medical field. I started seeing him about 1-2 years ago because of a bad herniated disk so I needed to get referrals for doctors such as Pain management, Neurologist and surgeon. Every time and I mean EVERY TIME I needed to see one of these doctors I would wait months to get appointments only to find out NO ONE from this facility would send over referrals to my insurance company. So each time this happened I was forced to reschedule and wait couple more months just to see these doctors while living with excruciating lower back , legs and feet pain. I was also prescribed medication that helped in my everyday living that was constantly late, And I mean 15-25 days late. While I was suffering in pain and forced to almost go every two weeks to the emergency room just to get medication. I would call and complain to find out where was my medication and the only answer I would get time after time especially from the incompetent EVELYN is the doctor hasnt filled the order because hes busy. Mind you I will be getting surgery next month so I definitely couldnt be without my medication AT ALL. If all this isnt bad enough last time I decided to go there again because they took 14 days to make my referral and I had an appointment for the very next day and they still hadnt done it. They broke Hippa law!! I was in a doctors room with head nurse they was a guard inside my room that wouldnt leave even though I was discussing my health state and when I told him he could not be in the room with us its a LAW. He tells me to shut and he could so whatever he wants. I have contacted my attorney and I pray to God that anyone with any serious illness stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

First time here and I have waited about 4 hours to be seen and no parking in thier parking lot. I been told by patients its the average wait on any given day with an appointment but I will give it a second try after seeing Dr. Robaina. He ordered the tests I needed and even more than that, to help me with my on going medical condition. Compared to most drs I have had, I can truly say he went out of his way to give me excellent medical service.

I,m good with this clinic,the doctors are nice,the nurses too,the only thing is too much waiting time and it,s very old,but thy,re renovaiting now.

Bad attention, they dont give you complete payment information. They do analyzes, they charge you instantly a certain amount if you do not have insurance and at the same time they send you a bill and do not inform you that the analyzes what you pay is a part.

Excellent service from both Dr. Andux and staff. They have been very careful to follow all the health recommendations for the virus.

The worst of all opinions, I do not give less stars because the option does not exist, full of people, they give you an appointment for one hour and they attend you 3 hours later, in addition to that the attention is bad, when they arrive at 4 pm everyone is crazy about leaving and they dont care about the patients that are left attending to you, but they dont forget to make the bill that they do pass me by, in life I go to this clinic again, I should be guided by other opinions like mine,

Dr Rizo is very kind, I do not like the attention of the receptionist, a very unpleasant woman who treats people with no respect as if she were doing us a favor. Today was not Friday and I was attended by another young lady of the same level but when I left I was treated by an extremely kind Mrs., a total change in attention, those people if they are worth it, giving the image to the institution!

They summoned me at 11 a.m. I arrived at 10:30 a.m., its 12:11 a.m. and they still dont attend to me. All the time is the same. The worst service there is!
