If I could leave a zero star review I would this place is about nothing but the money. They dont care about your recovery or anything else. If you can help it dont go to this place.

They dont really care about your addiction or how to help only about themselves and making money been attending the place for 3 years. I forgot my box for my take outs for the first time on Friday it did not tell me they close at 9:30 on Saturday I show up at 9:32 they would not let me into dose even though they had people still in the waiting room to dose. It is ruined a day that I had planned with my son who I hardly ever see. Up until this point its been a god Sent they have got me off of heroin. My counselor is great and everybody else is good there except for this one issue I have which makes me think that they dont care about the addiction..

Theres a real big chance Id be dead if this med & counseling didnt come in to my life when it did. God Bless

It would be 5 stars if not for some of the front desk people, sometimes i think they dont know what is going on. This place made it to where i could work without being sick... Grateful.

If youre in Elkhart county or surrounding areas and really need these services youll be happy to know its provided right here close to home. Methadone and Suboxone both offered here and they now accept Indiana medicade, I hope if anyone needs these services they will look into victory because its so much better than doing what your doing just to stay alive. Find the courage and the strength to make that call you wont be disappointed, and you will feel better. Please seek the help you need if Victory doesnt offer it check out the Northern Indiana behavioral Medicine facility in Plymouth Indiana.

This is the best clinic i have been to since i started the program. Now Im in indianapolis. I dont like it. 7 windows and Im in line for 30 to 45 mins. This CLINIC is amazing. I love my counselor there. They r there to help u get clean...

Good place to go if you are trying o get your life back in order from years of opioid addiction.

If you are serious about getting help and beating your addiction; Victory has been the answer for me. Without the dedicated counselors and nurses, I would still be stuck nowhere. 13yrs. in the same cycle of using and ruining my life.

This place is a joke I called to make a appointment they told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks before I could get a appointment then it turned into 7 weeks then the day before my appointment they called to reschedule me 2 more weeks out then I finally get in there and at first I felt bad for these people meaning the staff because of how some of the patients were talking to them until it was my turn to go back and I realized they talk to them like that because the staff treats them like dirt mostly Jackie was my biggest complaint came in looking like swamp donkey and pregnant precious all in one so rude I could not belive how she treated me called me a liar when I didnt lie about anything what would he the point in it you know they are going to drug test you and run a check to see if your getting prescriptions this is exactly why I avoided getting on methadone because I didnt want to be treated like this I sincerely hope she doesnt talk to the wrong junkie the way she did me and something happen to her.

Some staff are nice, and most of the nurses, but its been overcrowded for awhile now. Its really the only place around that will offer services to deal with a certain problem.

By far the worst place to ever look for help for any drug addiction!!! They constantly screw up drug tests. They have no chain of custody for any drug tests. Every drug test is done in house y the employees not by a reputable third party testing facility like any real facility. I have carried a cdl for over 20 years no once have they ever not had a chain of custody for any drug tests I have has to do for my license. Not once has any drug test been done in house. All test are sent to a third party facility. This place is a total joke. Im not a recovering drug acdict. My loved on is. My experience of this dump is seeing and hearing everything that goes on in this place. The staff and counseling staff are combative and just dont seem to give a rats ass about anyone or anything besides the money. Even the money and payments are constantly messed up. One week a person will have a cradit on their account the next week they will claim you owe a bunch of money. My adive would be to run not walk from this dump. Good luck.

My favorite counselor Tim Baker was my counselor for along time then boom, hes gone.No one can give an explanation.
