Very pleased with the professional friendly service we served from Toni at the desk. She was so very helpful and kind and so was the nurses who saw my son. We did not have to wait long and I would highly recommend anyone who needs to be seen when your doctor in Unavailable

Brought my son in who was breaking out in boils. Has a history of MRSA.Doctor Binkle/Bunkle came in and was absolutely the worst, coldest, most selfish doctor I have ever encountered.Didnt even physically touch my son, no temperature was taken to see if he had a fever with the infection. Was more concerned my 2 year old TOOK MY KEYS TO KEEP BUSY AND TOLD ME NOT TO LET HIM DO THAT BECAUSE HE COULDNT HAVE HIM SCRATCH THE FURNITURE. My son then was crying and he didnt even raise his voice so I could hear what the plan was to treat this infection. Just talked over him. Sent a prescription to a pharmacy already closed and told me to re evaluate him in a week if it wasnt gone. Absolutely atrocious care and I will not be returning to this location and will be calling his boss and complaining that was as well.

Toni at the front desk was great, very sweet and polite. She bumped it up a whole star herself. Everyone else acted very uncaring and like I was wasting their time. Wouldnt recommend unless you have very obvious cold symptoms and need antibiotics or something. Especially dont recommend if you dont have insurance. If I had to pay $100 to be told what i already know, like today, i would have been livid.

Everything was fine until doctor walked in. I felt like she was in a rush to get me out of there.. Didnt seem interested in listening to my concerns..I feel like I just wasted my 100 dollars..probably not going there again.

Brought my daughter here (age 5) for breathing distress and a fever. Didn’t even take her temperature (the doctor felt her head with his hand) spO2 was sitting at 93. They did nothing. He shrugged it off and said well she seems ok now. Smh. Luckily this isn’t my first rodeo with dealing with her having breathing issues. But if I come in with her it’s an emergency!!! Act like it!!

I just came here to get my foot checked out and it was a great experience. The reception was efficient and kind, the nurse was prompt, and the doctor listened well but also didn’t waste time.I’ve been to many urgent care facilities and this was easily one of the best

Great place, much cheaper than the ER. Its about $150 to see a doctor, and maybe a bit more if they have to do lab work. #PriceTransparency

Above and beyond what I expected with an urgent care facility! Helpful, kind, and efficient staff made the experience as painless a possible. Dr. Huber was excellent! I hope I dont need immediate care again but if I do theres nowhere else Id rather go. Great care!

Went this morning for treatment for 2nd degree burn. I am accompanied by a service dog. I was told the doctor was terrified of dogs. The nurse asked if she could take the dog so the doctor could see me. My husband was in the waiting room so I had him sit with my service dog. This sounds like no big deal, but being separated from my service dog was extremely distressing for me. Not only that, but the request to remove my dog was illegal. I knew this but feared that I would be denied service if I did not do so. A service dog can be asked to be removed if it is not housebroken or is not under the handlers control. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act, fear of dogs or allergies are not legitimate reasons to ask for removal of a service dog. I let the doctor know I was upset. He responded that if I did not want him to take care of me I could go somewhere else. While I do see several doctors at South Bend Clinic, I will never use their Immediate Care service again. Some people have had wonderful experiences. For people with disabilities, particularly when accompanied by a service dog, I would recommend going elsewhere. The nursing and office staff, however were nice. The doctor I saw was a Male named Sohair Aleem.
