This is the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. The drive through was backed up into the lane in front of the store. We sat in line for 25 minutes. If it wasn’t the cheapest price I wouldn’t get prescriptions here at all.

Waited 50+ minutes for a shot and watched 4 people that were after us go up and get their shots....and tell us its our fault we couldnt schedule an appointment on the site...

Have been working with Meijer Pharmacy, Portage Rd., South Bend, IN. I have had a great customer service experience. Prescriptions were sent in from urgent care. I contacted the pharmacy to see if meds were ready. Turns out they only had the antibiotic on hand and the other med would not arrive until 4:00 PM the next day. Today, I called about the med at is ready at the expected time. I made 3 phone calls to the pharmacy and was treated kindly during every call. I know pharmacies are very chaotic places to work at times. I am sure that is true for this pharmacy given all the viruses, flu that are going on in our area. I am very impressed that every person I spoke with provided excellent customer service. The notification system doesnt seem to be working for me even after the tech. reset it yesterday. That is very minor in the scheme of things.

Called the pharmacy to see if my Rx was ready but received a text from them at the same time I was on the call. Amber said the Rx wasnt ready but the text said it was ready. I told Amber and she asked me....then why did you call then?!? No customer service very rude to ask a customer why they called. I will only go there if I have no other options.

The tech at Portage Rd Meijer IN store at the pharmacy who took our prescription was not very helpful when we asked her to try to get us a price quote before taking the prescription to fill, and she was not very friendly or helpful in general. We were told to call back later to get the price, and when I called back I was put on hold for about 8 minutes. I hung up and called back and was finally able to talk to someone...the same person who we dealt with in person earlier, and she still hadnt put the order through because they were busy. Discovered that they hadnt ordered the medicine before their order cut off time which meant we had to wait an extra day to get the medication. I understand being busy, but they arent taking good care of the customer if they cant handle people with helpful and friendly service and handle each order with urgency. It was a very frustrating experience to not be handled with urgency and efficiency in person or on the phone. Dealing with a health matter is stressful enough without poor customer experience on top of that.Expect to be put on hold and wait a usual 8 or more minutes. Once we waited about 30 minutes, before calling back and finally talking to someone. Too busy to care.

Im very happy with the service here. I get my medications here monthly and theyve done an excellent job with having them ready by the time they stated. Their employees have always been friendly and a few of them even over the top. They do seem to be busier in the past few years but maybe its just because I pickup on Fridays. I gave them my phone number late last year and I receive a call now notifying me when its time to pickup my prescriptions which is a nice feature.

It would have been much easier to get prescriptions and shop at the same location but I am done with this pharmacy. They charged me triple the amount they should have on one prescription and shorted me pills on another. I am having to pay out of pocket for medication because I ran out before insurance would cover it again since Meijer did not give me the full amount. Now when I’ve come to pick up the meds I’m paying for out of pocket they don’t have them ready and don’t know what I’m talking about. They were supposed to be ready two days ago.I’ve probably only used this pharmacy 7-8 times but already had one bad experience after another.

If you fill a scrip here be prepared to wait 30+ minutes to drop it off and another 30+ to pick it up. It does not matter if you go inside or through the drive thru line. Truly the slowest pharmacy Ive ever experienced and the majority of the staff are rude and it is very obvious they hate their jobs. You might save a few dollars with GoodRx but trust me pay the extra $5-$10 per scrip and go somewhere else if only for a more pleasant experience.

This is probably the worst, least efficient pharmacy Ive ever visited. The lines were always terrible. They would claim to have not received my prescription for hours, after my physicians office had electronically sent it and they would have received it immediately. I switched pharmacies and no longer have these issues.

I went there today to get my prescription. I normally go to CVS, but they didnt have my prescription there. So I went to Meijer and the person who help me her name is Dawn and she very rude to me. The prescription was a lot. But I had my goodrx coupon which brought it down. She got mad and through my prescription on the counter. I mean this is customer service. I work at a hotel and I would never do that to a guest. But the lady with the Pink hair finished checking me out and was super nice to me.

One of the worst pharmacies i have been to. The staff are rude, disorganized and are constantly losing prescriptions. There is always a long line of customers with only two staff. one inside the store and another on the drive through, panicking and looking lost. Prescriptions are never filled on time. I dont recommend this pharmacy unless you want to risk your health and time.

I do not recommend this Pharmacy do to the fact Dawn Burke the Pharmacy Tech , that works there is Rude & shows a undesirable amountof Inconsideration . I have also witness her merchandise in her pocket . She is Not trustworthy of a Job like this . I will recommend my family and my friends never to use this Pharmacy
