I brought my elderly mother in for an endoscopy and upon arrival we were treated by the friendly staff.They were knowledgeable, courteous,And very efficient.The staff answered all our questions and put us at ease.We met with Dr. Patel before and after the procedure.He has a genuine concern for his patients and treated us professionally taking the time to answer our questions.Overall we are very satisfied with the care we have received by Dr. Patel and his entire staff.

SO NO OUT OF POCKET. LOW AND BEHOLD OUTSTANDING CHARGES BEING BILLED. TAKE NOTICE. REGARDLESS OF INSURANCE YOU WILL BE OUT OF POCKET. ALMOST $100. FOR SOME OF US ELDER THATS A LOT.

This Doctor takes the time before and after to discuss your diagnosis includes pictures and explains everything thoroughly. He is very loving, kind, jolly, funny, and his field of expertise is phenomenal ! I trust my life with him. I had no pain after the procedure at all. His team is just as fantastic from IVs, Anesthesia, surgical preparation, and very gentle and reassuring throughout the whole process. Loved my Nurse as well ! They take the worries away and replace it with compassionate understanding and see to your every need before and after. I will always go to this fine Doctor Pankaj A. Dr. Patel is a wonderful Dr. It it was not for him, my wife would not be here today. My wife had septic shock due to a tumor that developed on her liver. After several surgeries and long stay at the hospital we were informed that not much else they could do for her even though she still had complications. A doctor at the hospital asked if we had a gastroenterology doctor. We said yes ,Dr. Patel.Dr Patel did a procedure that rerouted the bowl function due to a valve blockage. Eight years today my wife is healthy and doing well, thanks to Dr. Patel. We are forever grateful to him....beyond words.

Pankaj did a great job with my moms illness. He was very responsive and scheduled a colonoscopy very quickly given the situation. He was very supportive and patient with us during the whole process and continues to provide guidance during the recovery period. He is also very detail oriented and explained to us each step of the process. I would highly recommend Pankaj to those looking for a gastroenterologist in the Michiana area.

My wife came in with an abscess that we finally went to the ER and was properly diagnosed after about 2 minutes. I think all he wanted was the money. He was going to do a procedure, not a colonoscopy but like it. My wife in extreme pain and can’t even write a prescription there. They should have ducks in the office because he’s a quack!!!

Dr. Patel is one of the best stomach doctors i know been going to him for a long time he has the best maners good sense of humor and is very good at what he does would not go to any body else im very comfortable with him and thats hard to find and so is my mom

Very disappointed with this Doctor. ...he did the biopsy on my husband..knew it was going to be a disappointing result...and told me...to tell my husband...and left me crying in waiting room. He spoke down to me and left me with so many questions......and he basically didnt care..wouldnt recommend him to anyone.

Id give a zero if possible, this place has no kindness or bed side manner at all. Id allow my intestins to burst before seeing this facilities doctors!!!!

Came in at 8, were asked questions by the nurses, were taking in to the bed, doctor came in and talked to me and answered questions, nurses took me to the examination room, they put me to sleep while explaining what they were doing, woke up in the recovering bed 30 minutes after, feeling a bit dizzy, but well otherwise.

I love Dr. Patel...
