My daughter came here for most of her life. We loved it. Then they told me Dr. Heckman-Davis retired with little notice. It was over 3 months to get in anywhere else. We were left stranded with no way to get a sports physical. The other doctor would not take us as she was full with Medicaid patients although Medicaid told us she was supposed to accept her since she was already a patient at the clinic. She no longer has Medicaid and we are elsewhere. Still it was a horrible experience. Now I work in a pharmacy and i am seeing E-prescriptions under Dr. Heckman-Davis so I guess she is not even retired? What the heck?

She has been my grandmas doctor for 30 years.. tells her she can do whatever she wants when clearly she is unable. Just recently had to have a major heart surgery that could of been found a lot sooner if this doctor would of ran the proper tests! My grandma will be switching doctors after all the problems my grandma has had. This doctor didnt even notice all of the fluid in her lungs the week before she was rushed to the hospital! Never again!

Love the DR but the billing SUCKS! I havent been to see dr and I dont even live in the state anymore yet somehow my ex-husband can see the dr and have me as the responsible party, bill himself and try to have my other ex husband insurance ran.....sounds like the billing dept is running scams to me!!! Oh, and then a year later put it in my credit report, which is how I found out about it in the first place....but they dont know how that happened. I would definitely re-think seeing because of this.....

My mothers doctor. Spends a lot of time in the exam room with her and speaks very slowly. I guess that is why Mom likes her. I think she is condescending and inattentive. Mom had gout and she didnt put her on allopurinol for it. She had afib, no aspirin or any other blood thinner. Mom went to the hospital and got put on both, finally. When I ask questions she she acts like (and practically says) Isnt that cute, youre a nurse, so you think you know things. I wont go to the visits with Mom anymore because my blood pressure goes up.

Cynthia Hackman-Davis is the best doctor around, she is caring and very sensitive to everyones needs. She is like no other doctor Ive been to whereas she herself will call to check up on you, not the nurse all time. Ive been with her for a number of years, even after Id moved out of Lakeville, because its hard to find a loving and caring physician that cares. When you leave the office of Cynthia Hackman-Davis, you dont feel all depressed, you feel relieved, because thats the love and comfort she leaves upon you. Thank you for all you do Cynthia, you are truly a God send.Donna Andrews.
