Ordered glasses $729 waited a month for them to come in. Can only see my phone when I hold it 6 inches from my face. 1 in closer or further away completely blurry. Can see fine far away unless I turn my head I centimeter to the left or right then again completely blurry. They told me it might take awhile for my eyes to adjust. Ive worn glasses for15 years and have never had a problem before with much less expensive glasses. Both of my roommates got medicaid glasses from focused. With anti glare and scratch resistance at a cost of $0 extra. I paid and extra $192. I am not at all impressed with focused eye care. I can see better out of my pair of drug store glasses. They simply dismissed my issues but I guess theyve already been paid in full so why would they care that I am not at all satisfied not to mention cannot see out if the inferior glasses they sold me. The most expensive and absolute worst glasses I have ever had. And they say you get what you pay for...Ha! Last time I splurge on myself.

The receptionist lady is Beyond rude, and she book a appointment that I missed and was not aware of after a call with questions and concerns on the situation due to my child. I was told to go see my primary doctor. Due to it not being time for his Eye exam time, but because I have 3 miss appointments it’s my fault even after explaining what happen, but best wish.

The entire staff works together to provide a quality experience. They assisted us on numerous occasions, including the time my daughter’s glasses broke less than 24 hours before a special family trip to the mountains! She had her new glasses in literally hours. Our entire family sees Dr P-that’s 6 of us!- and we have always been happy with our experiences.

Had metal shaving in my eye and they fit me in in-between appointments and took care of me quickly. The staff and doctor on hand were extremely friendly and very helpful. I was very appreciative of the fact they took me on as a walk in and got me in and out quickly and throughly checked my eye and made all the foreign material was removed.

I have been going to Focused Eye Care now for 3 going on 4 years and I absolutely love everyone there! They are nothing but helpful and pleasant from the minute you walk in the door. My eye dr is the greatest she takes the time to listen and she really cares about what she’s doing and about her patients. They go out of their way to make sure your comfortable and happy with the glasses and how they fit. Now if your like me where I can’t make up my mind on which pair I want, they’ve helped me with that too. I’m always happy with the results and very pleased when I receive my glasses!!!!! Yes if I had to rate them between 1 & 10 I would give Focused Eye Care a 100 and trust me I’m picky lol!!!! They are all great!!! 👍. Sincerely, Vicki Brown

I loved focused eye care they have Coach frames that make me look good. They are the only place that can do the glaucoma test on me. It freaks me out and they have finesse.

The lady on the phone had an attitude and all but told me to shut up while I was trying to tell her my problem. They do not understand insurance and they will try and bill you a whole month later to get you to pay even more money. Told them we didnt want a certain test because insurance didnt pay for it. The doctor did the test anyways with out our permission then billed us a whole month later.No communication. Do not recommend going to this eye doctor.

This review is a little late in coming but I wanted to post what a good experience I had getting my new glasses prescription. From the front desk staff to Dr. Purtzer and I also really appreciated the help I received picking out my new frames.

This is my first time actually writing a review, just because this experience is so bad! No one had told me there would be additional $25 add on if I try their contact lens, the doctor just came me to wear during the eye exams. At the end I was surprised with the pricing. Somehow I feel they are immoral to trick a student customers like that~

We are from out of town and our daughter just recently got new glasses and they were bothering her because they were to tight. We made a quick pit stop into the office and they were so incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you for the adjustment and helping our little girl be more comfortable in her glasses!

I sincerely love Dr. Pultzer! She is the best eye doctor I have seen in my life! Zero exaggeration! She is so kind, patient and quit frank just cares your best interest!!! She takes care of my whole family, friends and everyone else I can tell!

The staff and doctors here are friendly. Im a patient here and now my 2 daughters are patients and I also referred my mother and now she goes. You never wait long and they treat you like family. They also accomodate you the best they can. One of my moms contacts tore and they told her come right in and took care of it with no problem.

Both doctors works each person eyes differently! My 8 1/2 has a speech delay 10 year old 90% deafness both from birth. Both Doctors has always found a way to work around it. Staying with them as long as I can.
