Great place to meet neighbors, share a cup of coffee, go to the Saturday Urban Farmers Market, attend events and meetings to organize and promote the unique Near Northwest Neighborhood.

Check out the great housing programs on their website as well as the Local Cup - the neighborhood run coffee shop.

A wonderful program run by good people. Definitely worth a trip.

It was an okay place and clean but very small and the tenants above the venue complained about noise .... Do not recommend renting for a party or get together
