!!BEWARE OF BILLING!! This place are complete thieves and should be investigated for insurance fraud. Dishonest and bad business practices. Immoral and unethical..stay away from this place!I went to go see Dr. Stewart at his office (separate building next to the hospital) for one trigger point shot to my back muscle…visit took 10 minutes or less. My goodness was I shocked when I received multiple insanely overpriced bills for this one visit. They charged separately for all 3 medicinal components that made up the injection, they charged a separate injection fee, they charged a professional services fee, they charged a doctors fee, and they charged me a hospital services fee 😡!!I never stepped foot into the hospital…it was a regular doctors office visit that took ten minutes.The law needs to come down thieves like this. How is it that they can’t give you an outright price of how much it’s going to cost total for a service?They always give you the excuse “we don’t know exactly how much it’s going to be because it has to process through insurance.”Well at least give the patient all the medical codes you plan to submit for the services to be rendered so that the patient can call their insurance company and find out first how much responsibility will be left on patients end after a service is rendered.You don’t go to buy something only to find out at checkout that they can’t tell you how much it is until a later time.Never again will I go to this place and I recommend you go somewhere else that is honest and transparent!

I had an appointment, my first visit and I felt that I was been robbed. I was called to a room and asked for my ids and insurance card , I paid this person and sign several forms and then was asked to go back to waiting room. I also had some more papers to fill out and took them to the lady and to my surprise she also asked me to pay her. I was so shocked, I told I just paid, why would I be paying you again. I was told one payment is for the hospital and the other is for the docter. I was told each time I come I would have to pay twice. If I was aware of this I would not have waste my time. People they are ripping off us because we are in pain. I didnt even see the doctor but I left and request my first payment back.

I started going to this facility in 2018 after starting radiation therapy and experiencing excruciating pain in my lymph nodes under my arm, clavicle and pectoral. The pain became even worse, when almost through with radiation I developed Capsular contracture in my right breast implant. If it wasnt for the help here, I wouldnt have made it through that type of pain. The Anger I felt towards Dr. Tracy McKelveen & Dr. Ravi Sarma for giving Me Weeks to live with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer & Dr. Earl Stephenson, for NOT telling me of & Denying the side effects of the Radiation therapy & the implants [along with Bii]... subsided Some after temporary relief, which I STILL battle daily. Now I suffer from radiation fibroid necrosis after explanting. Dr. Stewart and the Entire staff are Wonderful, professional yet very caring! Everyone is nice, geniune, helpful... from the beautiful ladies at the front desk, to check in, to Every1 behind the door. I Love Karen Schwartz... shes a God Send!She keeps me Motivated & has helped me cope physically and mentally through my hardest times! Thanks EVERY1 💛

I had a great experience here with RN Gwen and the doctor. She is so nice and genuinely caring.

They are just wonderful, its hard enough when your dealing with an injury. The care I receive is just outstanding, your not a number your a person to them. Its nice to see stellar care! Im a EMTCC so I am very picky but they are straight up with me. My insurance is changing soon and Im shopping for insurance that will be accepted at East side. You know its great care when your willing to pay more for insurance just so you can see your prefers doc!

Dr Stewart did the cervical spine procedur today. All went well...the most impressive communication came from his attending nurse who guided me all the way through with excellence..I didnt love the experience.. But I dont think it could have gone any better.. Thank you God for their training, and thank you Eastside for your professional care.
