Today was my first visit. However when I called for an appointment a pleasant person answered the phone and was helpful and nice. Having the phone answered I was impressed. Then when I arrived today everyone was nice and welcoming. I was impressed with how immediately comfortable I felt there. His nurse Bree was excellent. I felt like she cared about my issues as well as made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. Then the doctor came in and kept the trend going. I know it was an initial visit but I felt listened to actually someone listened. He was through and kind. I look forward to having him and his staff look after my well being.

Dr. Sayed is a very great doctor. The staff is excellent and he has a really good nurse by the name of Bree. I would recommend anyone for this doctor. Two thumbs up.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sayed for around 3 years now. I would follow him if he ever left the area! It’s not often to find a doctor who is as great as he is. I thoroughly enjoy check ins with him and always feel that my concerns are heard and taken care of. The nurses are always great as well. Yes, the wait time can be long sometimes but one person can only do so much. Overall, I love this office and my health is better for it.

Dr. Sayed is a nice person, but his medical diagnosis and knowledge are questionable.After hearing my symptoms and without any additional tests to confirm his diagnosis, he said I had GERD. He then prescribed me PPI’s (Proton Pump Inhibitors) at a dose of 40 mg and gave me a print out with information about GERD. He told me I had to take the medication and follow a diet plan eliminating acidic foods for 3 months for the treatment.However, he did not mention the issues/side effects of Proton Pump Inhibitors. This medication has been a nightmare to taper off after completing the 3 months he recommended. It has caused more problems than helped. I ended up going to a Gastroenterologists for an endoscopy due to no resolution from Dr. Sayeds treatment. I found out I had no GERD, but instead I had Functional Dyspepsia, and the medication Dr. Sayed prescribed me was causing more issues. Needless to say, I have a new Primary Care Physician and even she was surprised I was given this high dose medication in the first place.Please be careful with Dr. Sayed diagnosis and the medication he prescribes, always get a second opinion.Also, please do your own research about medication uses and side effects. I definitely learned a lesson from this experience I will never forget.

My mon waited an 1 1/2 in sitting room and another 45 minutes in the room to be seen. She was very sick! When she asked how much longer they said could be another hour.... seriously!!!! Nurses and receptionists are rude. Do they think it’s a livestock barn, how many people can we get in to make money!

Dr. Sayed is a very good Doctor, he takes his time and make sure that your well taken care of. Ive seen him now for over a year and always feel like family there. He always makes sure your health is first and very honest about it. Sometimes you need to here the truth and he will tell you. He has a sense of humor and always makes you feel welcome and not rushed and listens very well about all your concerns. We need more doctors like him.

Dr Sayed is an exceptional doctor who listens to you and provides you with the best of care possible. He offers suggestions and does what he can to assist with your overall well-being. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor.

I was hesitant about going to my appointment because I have avoided doctors for years but I knew the time has come. Dr Sayed was amazing. No judgment, straight talker, awesome personality. I regret not seeing him sooner. Probably the most comfortable I’ve ever felt with a doctor. Definitely recommend and you won’t be disappointed.

The best physician I’ve had since my pediatrician. I love Dr.Sayed.....he listens to your complaints and concerns, he very thorough and knowledgeable, he answers all of your questions so you won’t have to wonder. Best decision I’ve made in 2020 was making Dr. Sayed my PCP!

I have been to several primary care physicians in Nashville. Dr. Sayed is by far the best. He talked me through different options and the risk associated with each. Cannot recommend enough. Do yourself a favor and see him.

Tried to delete the review. Rating is for office staff, not Dr. Sayed, which is why we decided to try to delete. Could not figure out how to do this. Office staff was not helpful in regard to insurance despite insurance being accepted by all other offices, doctors and related services associated with Stonecrest.

Incredible doctor. Very caring, professional, he took his time to analise all aspects of my check-up. Im my second visit, an emergency, he was .very thorough on finding out the problem. His nurse, Aracely, also very empathetic and eficiente.
